This store is horrible. I ordered 15 items online on Black Friday. I never received 8 of the items. It is the middle of February, and I still have not received my refund. I have called 9 times, and they have told me three different times that I will have to wait 15-30 business days for my refund. Do not order from them, because if there is an issue, you might never see your money. To add insult to injury, when I called the first time, I reordered some of the items and they recharged my credit card. So esentially, I paid them to screw me over.

Consider this a warning.... Do not shop online at Kohls.com unless you are 100% sure about your order and you don't mind waiting forever to receive it.
I should've listened to myself after the 1st time but stupid me I went ahead and ordered again.... They take FOREVER to ship anything -it doesn't matter what shipping method you choose. I ordered on the 6th and when I got the confirmation email 2 hours later with an estimated delivery date of the 22nd. I called to cancel and was told that after 60 minutes "it's too late to cancel because the order is already being processed" When I asked the woman why it was going to take 16 additional days to actually SHIP the order after it's been packed in a box she didn't have a good answer -she said "um" -followed by silence- then "they are really busy" Sorry, but nobody is THAT busy -16 days!! For real?? So, if you must shop at Kohls -go to the store. |

Kohls online store functionality is good, and the prices were fair, however - the processing and shipping took forever.
If you are used to Amazons speedy turnaround times, dont expect that here. Ordered a Keurig and it took around 12 days between slow processing and shipping from CA to NJ. Only reason I didnt go to the store was I saved a few bucks online - next time I'll just pay the extra money. Still can believe how slow the process was....thanks for reuining it for everyone else Amazon |

I am really frustrated with the service I am getting from Kohls. I ordered items 2 weeks ago and they still haven't arrived. To me, having a Logistics major, this is just poor service.
I have ordered from several other stores this Christmas season and those items arrived within days. I was very impressed with the other stores. I guess I learned my lesson, I will never order online from Kohls again! The items I purchased from Kohls were not Christmas items. If they were I wouldn't mind so much. The items I purchased were winter coats, gloves, snowpants, and boots for my kids. NEVER again!! |

These people are bad at their job. I had several items from them that never made it to FedEx....just the intent to ship information. Had to call customer service several times and finally was told that kohls.com is a separate entity from the Kohl's stores.....Nice...outsourcing your online presence is a bad idea.
I called FedEx and finally got a manager who told me Kohls.com has the highest percentage of intent to ship/no ship ratio in the FedEx system. That is incredible.... It's roulette folks...care to play? Not me! |

Not a happy camper for the most part. I love the products I have purchased from Kohl's. Also, if I catch it at the right time, I really get some deals with all the sales. However, the shipping is REALLY slow. Their "in fulfillment" period takes a really long time. Once it leaves the facility, it comes pretty quickly. However, in my experience it takes a really LONG TIME to leave their facilities.

I will NEVER order anything from Kohl's again. I was promised I would get my order by a certain date for my grandaughters birthday and when I called to check on the status of my order I found out the order had never been processed. They cancelled that order and placed another order that they said would be expidited in time for her birthday. Tomorrow is her birthday and I have no gift due to Kohl's horrible on line service (that's a joke, there is NO service). How I explain to my 4 yr old grandaughter why I don't have her gift I don't know. They should not be in business. I shop the internet all the time and have never had such a bad experience. Buyers Beware!!!

HORRIBLE. 3 days before Christmas they canceled 3 items I ordered for my kids. and they canceled 1 item off of the order I placed 2 weeks before that. They said there web site does not update fast enough and when they send the order to the warehouse if the item is not availble, they will cancel what you ordered. WHAT?!?! Then I asked if I bought different items if they could ship it to me before Christmas they said no. POOR, POOR customer service and they are unreliable!!! Choose another company that can actually fulfill their agreement of what your order!!!

i ordered two jackets over three weeks ago and have yet to recieve them. my delivery date was last week. the customer service agents keep telling me any day now but when i checked the order status online it says the order has been returned to kohls because of an incorrect address. the address is accurate so i dont know what the problem is but the bigger issue is that they keep telling me its about to arrive everytime i call them. its almost christmas and the gifts i ordered will not arrive in time even though i was garaunteed they would. i would never order anything from kohls in the future and would hope anyone reading this will follow suit.

Kohl's is absolutely the worst when it comes to online shopping. The last two Christmas I bought items on Kohl's online store. I placed orders at least three weeks before the holiday and the items still arrived after the holiday.
I bought two other items at off season. They canceled my orders in each case citing product availability. Please shop somewhere else. Otherwise you are wasting your time. |

Horrible, You can't take your time, because they refresh every 20 minutes (but don't tell you that) so while you are shopping for other items, they are selling the items out of your shopping bag to someone else. As if the customer service isn't bad enough in the stores, they have made on line shopping the most frustrating experience ever. Just when you think you have gotten a bargain, you go to check out and none of the items in your bag are available any more. NEVER AGAIN!!! and I am tempted to cut up my Kohls charge so I never have to deal with them again.

Do not get suckered into getting involved with the Kohls credit card when you are at the checkout at Kohls. They always offer you a discount if you open a card-I was stupid enough to do so. Their credit department has the most incompetent employees I have ever dealt with. They wrongly reported me delinquilent to the credit bureau, lowering my credit score and then refused to correct the problem. I closed my account, cut up the card and will NEVER shop at that store again!!!!!!!!!! There are too many good customer service oriented retail outlets for them to be treating folks like they do.

I have shopped Kohls.com for awhile now and I have never had a bad experience, some of these reviews talk about slow shipping but I have never had this problem, They have great online coupon codes and free shipping (with a coupon code) is great (well anything free is great) :) Alway's a great experience when I shop Kohls, online or in store! They have name brand clothing and household items and with their coupon code you can get a great deal! We finally got a Kohl's store in town and if I need to return anything I have ordered online there is never a problem at all returning it to the store! The employee's are alway's pleasant and helpful

As far as I'm concerned, Kohl's online might as well be Scrooge. For the second year in a row, an item shown as available and promised for delivery, never arrived and 3 weeks after the order was placed (same as last year), the order was cancelled by Kohl's. Why does it take 3 weeks to figure out you are out of stock on an item. These were important items on my kids wish lists that I might have gotten elsewhere if given enough notice...but so much for that...the kids will be disappointed AGAIN!

The shipping is horribly slow. I ordered a pair of shoes on 8-12-08, but I still haven't received the shoes. It is now 8-19-08, and it says the order is still in transit. The shoes only had to travel from Ohio, so I can't see what is taking so long to arrive. I ordered another pair of shoes from a different website out of Wisconsin, and they arrived in 2 days. I would not shop at Kohl's.com again because of their poor shipping service.
