My wife and I ordered a special flatware as a gift for our son and his new wife. We were told by the service rep that since the order would be a special ordered series of items we would have to pay full price before the order could be completed. In good faith but against my better judgment we did this. Four months went by and I finally called to check on the staus of the order. I was told that that flatware was no longer available and this service person said I should have never been told they could get it. She also had no explanation why no one had notified us and refunded our deposit. I asked her to credit my credit card and we would shop elswhere. She agreed. A day later they had credited my card for a small amount that had been added when the order had to be modified. When I called to inquire why the majority was not credited I was told since the order was so old they would have to send a check. I attempted to collect this refund for two months. Talking to everyone including the "accountant" who I later learned was actually the "boss" . He as well as everyone there told we they were checking into it and they would call me back. Of course no one ever called back and I never received any refund. I finally in total frustration contacted my credit card company. Their fraud department after listening to my story finally agreed to credit my card and I assume try to collect the refund on their own. I have also filed a complaint with the BBB. You can be sure we or anyone I know or can talk to will ever do business with Klinq.com.
