We ordered a kohler shower head and arm which were received in a timely manner. Unfortunately, the shower head was made of plastic (not described on the website) when we expected chrome metal. Also, the picture of the arm was difficult to see. We returned this product and found the return policy difficult. We had to overbox and pay additional shipping to send these products back. Also, we spoke to someone once to express our disappointment in the product. We never received a call-back even after we left messages. We did not feel our return was handled very professionally. Will not order from this site again or recommend to others.

I don't write many reviews but I need to let everyone know how pleased I am with Kitchen and Pantry.com. I ordered a beige 2 bowl, 5 foot granite countertop (PE62682) for $520 about $170 cheaper than Home Depot. The countertop arrived on time and was brought to my garage. I was worried that the top would crack during shipping but it arrived in a wooden crate and triple packed inside. The granite was beautiful with no flaws and matches the beige left and right side-splash that can be purchased at Home Depot for $20 a piece. The other nice thing is that most tile stores carry that same color in 12X12 granite tiles so you can accent your walls or floors to match.

I was promised that they would price match other on-line stores however once Kitchen and pantry called the on-line stores they refused to price match stating the store did not have the item in stock. Kitchen and Pantry stated they did have the items in stock and would ship them to me in 3-5 days. Seven days later I still do not have the items I paid Kitchen and Pantry to deliver. I ordered from Kitchen and Pantry and paid the higher price relying on Kitchen and Pantry to deliver the items to me as promised.

I know that I was lied to by Kitchen and Pantry. If I had not been lied to then Kitchen and Pantry should have notified me of the delay or at least respond to my inquiries. I ended up being charged more for the items and I have nothing This has delayed my project by three additional weeks.

I had a great experience shopping on line with these folks. Quality products and free shipping. Transaction was done in time frame stated by Kitchen and Pantry. No errors, no surprises, no disappointment. Very happy with them and I will be back. Thanks...

We were very pleased with their customer service. There was a small dent in one of the products we received (not their fault--seemed to be a packaging problem on the part of the manufacturer or distributor), and they replaced it very quickly with one in perfect condition.
