The glass carafe arrived broken,though it was in a sturdy box,I feel your outside box could have been studier. Also,I feel that if the inside froth mixer had been wrapped,maybe the carafe would not have broken. What appeared on-line to be the correct wisk (beater) turned out to be too big and will not fit in the mixer and bowl. Expected products shipped when Kitchen U said they would and arrived in the expected amount of time. Would appreciate it if they would revise their packaging, the outer box was in pretty bad shape.
