they sell things they do not even have and wait till customers cancell

My experience is a huge pain. I ordered a range hood in mid Dec because it says it will be shipped in a week. After 3 weeks, it emails saying it is on back order, and promise it will be shipped by Jan 30. Frustrated but hoping it will still arrive, I waited. Now another 10 days after Jan 30 2009, I called and was told that they do not know its status because the order was forwarded to another company in CA and they are not responsible for missing order or delayed order. No apology, nor any effort to help customer. Terribly rude customer service on the phone. They said I need to contact google if I want a refund because I used Google checkout, and they cannot do anything. After my threatening to sue it for business fraud, they reluctantly agreed to cancell this order. So I waited for 2 months without a range hood (even for holiday parties in Dec) and wasted much time to get nothing!!!

They sell items they do not even have and simply "sell" your order to non-affiliated companies without caring about customer satisfaction! Do not buy from KitchenSources.com (or its other name: rangehoods.com)!!!
