)8/05/05 Stock item Grace#244R Solid wrought iron bakers rack,Cost $281.60.Kitchen Accessories Unlimited,Stratford Ct. Received 08/25/05, company notified by email rack did not stand level, product is defective. I request to return defective rack and full credit given to my charge account. Kitchen Acc.Un. request digital pictures of the defect. I measure the defective leg height and send digital picture. 09/02/05 No response from Kitchen Acc.Un.I had to send email to find out what's going on. 09/07/05 Kitchen Acc.Un.states that their distributor said it is concealed damage. It is a quick fix,hit the leg with a mallet. I refuse to hit it with a mallet. I request their product be picked up at their expense and full credit given to my charge account.Please note this was not a custom made product. I did not send specific measurements or design. This bakers rack is sold as described on their web site,no changes to structure or style can be made.It is a solid wrought iron rack with welded joints.Many emails and phone calls later Kitchen Acc.Un. send a return shipping number. 9/20/05 I take digital pictures of the carton and package as received.10/03/05 Kitchen Acc.Un. states their distributor said the rack stands level on their floor in Georgia. My measurements of the defect,digital pictures and that the rack did not stand level on my floor are all invalid. I am charged a restocking fee and return shipping for the defective bakers rack. A credit of $67.83 was given to my charge account from the full cost of $281.60. In my opinion this is not a reputable Company. Very poor customer service.Very poor business Ethics. Buyer Beware.
