I received the product after a 3 week wait. I had checked tracking numerous times on the Kitchen Universe web site but no information was available. After 2 weeks, I e-mailed Kitchen Universe and they indicated that the product should arrive by the 3rd week, which it did. The product was shipped direct from the factory. I am happy with the product and would shop again at Kitchen Universe, but they should improve their tracking information.

I purchased a Waring Professional Waffle Maker from Kitchen Universe. The price was the same as I had seen with other merchants, however some of the merchants were out of stock. Kitchen Universe had it at my door the next day without even making that a request. It was exactly the product I was expecting. I highly recommend them and will use them again when purchasing Kitchen products.

Purchase with confidence from kitchen-universe! Their 800 customer service is very helpful and you get to talk to a real person. The online order process is easy. Delivery was very fast and trackable. Overall Prices were the lowest I could find and the packing job insured I got the product in excellent condition. In addition, they give a 5% rebate for referals. My friend I refered had the similar experience and I have been refering others to their site.

Ordered the ISI Brushed Aluminum Dessert Whipper Full Pint. Beat all competitors prices. Quick shipment. I called to tell them that the e-mail address that I had provided with my order was incorrect and to update. Customer service answered and it was taken care of. Really great dealer. I got the Cuisinart food processor for $50.00 less than most of the other dealers. I placed the order at 10:00 PM one night and the next day I received an email the saying it had been shipped along with a UPS tracking number. I recently ordered a Krups Orchestro 889-45 from Kitchen Universe. I had been working on finding this machine, and ordered it from 3 other companies; finding out later on that they could not fulfill my orders due to this product being discontinued (None of them told me that at the time of order or during following support calls). So I found Kitchen Universe on shopping.com. I called them up to see if they had any of these machines in stock, and I was told that unfortunately they currently did not. They then informed me that they would have 2 coming in on a shipment the next week, and once they received them they called me to let me know. Once I received the call, I placed my order over the phone, and they shipped it out the next day. I received the order the next day, and have been very satisfied with my order. I would recommend to any one out there to order from Kitchen Universe. They have great customer service, very accurate shipping times, and terrific pricing.

The product price was the lowest at this site. The product shipped the next day. The link provided for tracking the shipment was for the wrong shipper and I kept getting an error message.
