The only complaint I have is the actual charge for shipping costs was $1.60 more than the estimate. A minor detail but i believe that it is possible to get a true estimate for shipping, not just an estimate.

I've recently received several mangled packages via UPS, so I phoned in my order and asked the helpful Kitchen Universe Customer Service Rep to include extra padding in the box for my Cuisinart Brew & Serve Coffee Maker. The package arrived precisely when promised in perfect condition, with extra padding added, just as I had requested. The rep also gave me a discount on the price under their Price Guarantee policy. I will not hesitate to order from Kitchen Universe again.

I received my artisan mixer with the coupon included as Kitchen Universe stated. Excellent packaging and delivery. Even though the mixer is a big product, they double boxed my mixer. My original box is intanct. I will recommend this web-site to my friends

When ordering there was no way for me to find out were the blender was coming from until after I had to make the order. Then I finf out it was going to take ten days. Totally unacceptable. If I had know ten day delivery I would have never purchased the unit. I would have bought locally. The company had me to believe that the unit would be here in two days before unit was ordered.
