I personally will not deal with this company again. I placed an order for three items all of which were reported in stock and order ready to be filled. Received a UPS shipping number and the day my order cam in I received one out of the three items. Now a 34 dollar sweater end up costing me 60 dollar with shipping and handling cost. When my order came in they back ordered my pants and cancelled the jacket SWEET WAY OF GETTING FLEECED ON SHIPPING AND HANDLING.

My adult son has limited mobility that makes standard jeans unwearable. After receiving a catalog from KingSize & seeing the full elastic waist jeans; I ordered the jeans in a 2XL. I received a package from KingSize with no invoice containing olive green dress pants in a totally different size (48x36).

After contacting Customer Service (ha) they charged me for the replacement jeans & an additional fee of $38.96.

Again I contacted the customer non-service department; to be told they didn't know what the additional charge was for, but it should go away in 3 business days! ! !

The reason given, for not knowing what the charge was for, was closed orders couldn't be viewed. But they were sure it was cancelled! ! !

This was the first time I attempted an order from KingSize and IT IS THE LAST.
