WOULD NOT SHOP HERE AGAIN. I emailed customer service to ask about care instructions for the Moroccan comforter set. They replied that it was okay to machine wash. You can imagine my disappointment when I received the comforter and all the tags said "Dry Clean Only." Also, the comforter looked NOTHING like what was pictured on the website. The site states that the colors will be darker, but they are COMPLETELY DIFFERENT. Horrible experience. Wouldn't shop there again!

Update: May 2, 2006 I finally received my shipment and am pleased with the bedding set I ordered. On a positive note, the company did send me via email the UPS label to return the wrong items once I received them back from Fed-Ex. However, if you have spam blocker on your email account, you probably won't be able to receive labels. All I had to do was enable ups.com as an allowable site to contact you. The website looks as if it's been updated with phone numbers to contact customer service. I happened to find their number on the internet and called them. Once in contact, it pretty much went smoothly. However, I still have not been reimbursed for the shipping fee of sending their items back. I would still be very cautious about ordering from them unless you have the number to contact them via phone should you have any problems. I will probably try once more with this company and hope for the best. |

I have been trying to buy a bed in a bag, as well as sheets and have been unable to do so. The online shopping program for this store does not work. I have tried to call them, however, they are not listed. I have emialed them.....not using their regular email site, as that does not work either. However, if you select the option for them to send you information on items for sale...that appears to work. However, using this option and replying to their response, letting them know that their site does not work and that I would like to purchase from them....they stop responding. I have requested a phone number twice.... I have requsted to order, three times.... If it is this hard to order from them, what the heck would happend if you did?? I have nothing good to say about this company or their customer service department.
