Federal Express Home delivery totally poor. It arrived in this area within two days of being shipped and they wouldn't leave the merchandise without a signature. We called and ask to leave it at the depot and we'd pick it up two deliveries in a row. They refused to do this. They insisted on delivering it three times before leaving it at the depot for pickup. It makes totally no sense in this method of delivery. Why hurry to ship the product when the carrier will ignore your phone calls and insist on delivering it to the door and they know you won't be home. There is no way am I going to use Fed Express Home delivery for anything in the future. Thank You Rich pop31428@yahoo.com
