I enjoy both the quality and type of products offered at Kenneth Cole, and as long as my experiences continue to be good in the future, i will continue to shop with them. I appreciate the emails sent with updates of new products. The only thing that becomes difficult is when there are not items available in my size.

I had to make a return which I havent been credited for. Also made a return and havent heard from the merchant about the status of the return. I called a few days ago and they told me it is not yet in the system so they couldn't help me and i should take at least two to three weeks for the exchange to be procesed.

I originally purchased a pair of Kenneth Cole Reaction pumps at a local store here in Pleasanton, CA. I wore them once, and the patent leather cracked on both shoes. Unfortunately the shoe store where I purchased went out of business, so I could not return them there. I wrote to Kennethcole.com, and they agreed to take them back & issue a credit in the form of a gift card. I paid $70 (sale price- the original price was over $100) for the shoes, and Kenneth Cole would only issue a gift card for $49.95. When I received the gift card, I went online to purhcase a pair of shoes. I found a pair that I liked, and ordered them. When the shoes arrived, the heel was 1-1/4" higher than advertised on the website. They are too high for me to wear, so I contacted Kenneth Cole again to advise them of the situation. Two weeks ago they responded and said they would issue a 'pick up' delivery tag and contact me with further instructions. I am still waiting...... I am not happy with the service I have received, and will not likely do business with them in the future. I will also not purchase any of their products in any major retail stores.

shipping charges too high, products available other websites no shipping. website indicates product can be returned at store, took product back to a store location, employee insisted was not allowed, showed email indicating it was, employee did not know how to process. will not purchase on line again from this vendor and the web site information on returns needs to be communicated to store employees.

I recieved a pair of shoes with a spot on them and would have to go through the whole process of sending them back or taking them to a shop and then buying them again online. eventually I decided to keep them but didn't get a discount from Kenneth Cole. They need a better system to deal with problems like that.

My shopping experience was great. I had no problems in getting what I was looking for or no problems with the process. I think the only thing that I could say wasn't good for me was finding the pair of brown shoes in the shade of brown that I was looking for.

Received the order in good condition, but wait time was longer than with any other merchant I have used in a long time. Tracking info wasn't updated and I never received an estimated date for delivery. Overall, though, I have been happy with the actual product.

Many of these questions do not apply since I shopped On-Line. The picture of the purse(s) I wanted were exactly what I was looking for . . . however, when they arrived there were twice the size I had expected and were entirely too large. I had purchased purses of a similar design at Macy's (Marshall Fields) in Chicago and was looking for new ones to replace the ones I had used and worn out. ... this was not to be so I returned them.

Great experience. Laptop bag is outstanding quality. Don't often make a $300 purchase on something without seeing it first, but in this case took the risk and it paid off. Order tracking was a bit lacking (on day it arrived, the website still said "in process" with no hint that it was even shipped).

Ordering experience was fine: decent Shopping Cart, checkout process, etc. However the site design itself was lacking. Very difficult to adequately see the products to get an accurate view. Only one view available for each product, and considering the high prices involved with Kenneth Cole items, there should be multiple angles, zoom features, etc.

I ordered on Wednesday night and opted for overnight shipping. One item arrived on Friday, as expected. However, the remaining three arrived on Monday. I would have hoped that all items would arrived on Friday.

I would like to see Kenneth Cole make it so that I can several purchase and ship them to several address on that on purchase. I hate using my credit card for several different purchase because I have different shipping addresses for my purchases. I also like to see frequent shoppers like myself receive some kind of a discount. I have bought several pair of shoes from they're website and I plan on my buying more. Thanks.

their ordering system is limited to so many characters so even if one inputs the full and complete shipping address, it will get truncated which makes for an incomplete shipping address. Their customer service department is loath to respond because even after I discovered that my shipping address was not complete on my confirmation e-mail, the item still went out with that address and not the corrected one that I sent after receiving the confirmation e-mail. I received my item in spite of all of this but the aggravation was overwhelming prior to receiving it because I believed I wouldn't get it or would get it after a delay.

Most if not all of my shoes are made by Kenneth Cole, but lately I but the Best Future, and Urge to Splunge silver technology shoes. The top part of the best feature is already ripped, and so is the Urge to Splunge. I returned the Urge to Splunge back because the right pair ripped just the first day I wore them. Other than that I like the products, and I am planning on buying my next shoe here again.
