Although my online shopping experiwence was fine, the shoes i ordered weee not as expected and i returned them. the fit was odd and the shoe just was not what I had expected. I own three other similar kenneth Cole styles ande love them but these did not turn out to be the same. So much for clearance-maybe that was my clue?

Shipping and processing times are way too slow. I bought an item, and the next day it went on sale. I try to contact the company and waited 45 minutes and never got a hold of anyone. Kenneth Cole has great products, but there needs to be better customer service.

I purchased a watch for my husband for our wedding anniversary. When the watch arrived, the box looked banged up and the watchband was disassembled from the watch itself. The item wasn't in person what it had appeared to be online. A more detailed description along with the photo would have been useful. The band was a rubber type material but looked like leather. I returned the damaged watch, but at my own expense. I definitely LOVE some of Kenneth Cole's products, so I will definitely shop with them again, but certain items I will go into the actual store for.

Ordered a dress l saw in a magazine,, had to send it back for a different size .
Sent the first one back Priority and Insured at MY COST TWO WEEKS ago , still no notice that it was received .
Lots of good sites have heavily discount or FREE shipping both ways !!!!
Ordered ONE pair of shoes on 2/23/2008 , when l got an email of the order it showed TWO pairs !!!!!
l emailed and talked to TWO customer service reps; they both said the order could not be changed even though the shoe order had only just been placed through the web site.
It is 3/15/2008 tonight and l still have NOT RECEIVED the shoes .
l am REALLY ANGRY that l have to send one pair back~~~~~ AT MY COST ,even though l only ordered ONE PAIR .
Also l would like to get my credit for the dress that was returned , over $100!!!!!
This web site is sooooooo bad compared to other retail sites l use .
They need to put customer service at the top of the list of things to make people happy and WANT to shop at this site ASAP .

I love shopping at the store at the venetian hotel in las vegas, great customer service so I shop alot!!! but the internet has little to be desired, i did it because the items were not available at the store and it was a BIG MISTAKE it was a free shiping promotion and they charged me! They accepted the order shipped one item and did not tell me anything until my call when they said they had no confirmation or answer for me with the rest of my order and that it may have been allocated to someone else yet it still showed available for purchase at the site!!??!! It mysteriously showed up in the system when I requested to speak to management which they have to email and then they call you back at their convinience. I recieved the order then had a hard time reversing the shipping which my confirmation said "free shipping" so they could not dispute it I finally won because it was on my AMEX card so they knew they had to!! I could go on but...I basicly won so buyer beware check your bill and make copies of everything to protect yourself or just shop at the store because there line rocks!!!!

only problem i have is the time to process the order. when checking back on the website it says in progress, but doesn't go into much detail about what stage the order is in. wish the item could ship quicker, sometime takes a 10 days to receive depending on when you place the order and when the product ships

I was overcharged by $30.00.....ordered online...price was incorrect on checkout...called customer service and it was to be corrected....order was delayed and called again...in addition to the order delayed there were no notes correcting the price---was told a second time the price would be corrected.....they charged my account the higher price and no debt or correction has been processed.... customer service did seem to be a little testy each time as if they didn't want to deal with me unless i was placing an order...suspect they are compensated by orders only..

Please make your site more interactive like American Eagle Outfitters (ae.com).
There should be an option to zoom in on the images and locate item in stores by zipcode. Also, add an option to create a wish list or save items on a list to buy later is still in stock. Banana Republic has that option. There should also be more promotions offered to lure customers like free shipping on orders above a certain amount.

I didn't like that the product was left in front of the house, that's about it. It's a $300 leather jacket, I would think they would have someone sign for it. Other than that, it was a good shopping experience.

i liked the product selection and the sale prices were great at kennethcole.com. one thing i would strongly suggest is more image options for each of the products -- different angle views maybe zoom /- capabilities. i shop a LOT online and i love to really be able to examine the products from as many angles and viewpoints as possible to make sure i really understand exactly what the item looks like so i don't have any unpleasant surprises after it arrives.

I ordered a pair of shoes described in the website as being made of patent leather. Seven days later I received the pair ordered but they were obviously not made of leather and clearly marked as "synthetic upper," so I decided to return them. Three days after sending the company an e-mail explaining why I wanted to return the shoes I received a kind answer with a call tag number from FedEx and was told that "a refund will be issued once the return is received back into the warehouse." . The shoes were picked up from my house the next day. Two days later they received the returned package. Five days after they received the package I hadn't yet heard from them so I e-mailed again. I had to wait two days for a response in which I was told that the return "takes 2-3 week processing period." This level of customer service is very poor. Next time I want Kenneth Cole shoes I will order them from Zappos.com, because that company has excellent customer service.

The pricing for the shoes was fenomenal. Unreal discounts. The follow up was a little lacking. One pair of shoes appears to be out of stock, but that was never communicated to me. It just plain never shipped. No follow up email- nothing. The online account access to the order had corrupted data- couldn't really look at what you ordered exactly by shoe name- just prices listed... tracking numbers never posted to that website. So not the most effective with the online follow up portion or the order follow up, but the prices were too good to pass up and delivery for the available items was great.
