Experience was fine - it was a little unusual to have to call to verify the purchase before it was sent, but did not really cause a problem - if this is being done to avoid the company having problems with items being ordered and not paid for, I have no problem doing it when I order.

Shoe had a minor scuff. But, it's a shoe. So it would eventually get scuffed anyway. So, I did not return for a new pair.

I always have a great shopping experience with Kenneth Cole. My packages always arrive on time, even though this last time the UPS delivery driver sent my package to the wrong address. I will continue to shop with KC. They have good quality merchandise and excellent availability for my shopping needs.

Their webstore is fairly new. I think there are lots of things they can improve. They shipped my shirt very fast, but I could not check order status online nor recieve a notification email. One of my shirts is on backorder, but they didn't notify me. I didn't know until I emailed them. They offered me free shipping as compensation. Generally speaking, Kenneth Cole is a trustable brand. If you contact customer service, you will enjoy excellent shopping experience just like in-store shopping. However, it seems they do not have enough experience about on-line shopping. I think they should improve at order tracking, offering size chart and other size imformation, and more pictures of product.

Everything fine except it was the second time I purchased in response to a free shipping promo--only to be charged for shipping! Both instances were corrected after I notified KC of the errors. I can accept that once could have been an error/oversight, but twice feels like bait and switch.

One weekend during the month of March, Kenneth Cole web-site had advertised free shipping for purchases of $100.00 or more. I placed my order and entered in the promo code; the web-site did not honor the promo during check - out. Therefore, I clicked the back arrow to re-enter the promo code and the shipping charge was still included in the total balance. At that point, I decided to start my order from the beginning so I click the home page, began the process and received a confirmation. The following business day, I called Kenneth Cole on-line customer service and requested for the shipping charge to be deducted from my order. The next business day I reviewed my checking account and noticed 3 purchases from Kenneth Cole on my account, 2 of the purchases were from the orders I did not receive confirmation for and 1 was for the order I completed which provided a confirmation. In the future, if the web-site is advertising free shipping, please have the promo deducted while placing the order. This is my first time ordering from Kenneth Cole web-site and I am skeptical about placing another order. As I normally make in-store purchases because I love the quality of his clothing, shoes and purses. Please make check-out using promo codes more email friendly. Thank you.

My free shipping was not originally granted and I tried to question this via the contact e-mail address that is supplied on the website, but received an undeliverable message. I did not follow up with a phone call, but I was later granted a credit for the free shipping.

I ordered a Men's Watch as a gift. It was the wrong watch so I followed the directions provided for a return. It has been approximately 6 wks since I mailed the item back for return and haven't received credit on my statement nor have I been able to get into contact with anyone from Kenneth Cole. I will NEVER shop at Kenneth Cole again because it is obvious customer service is not something they are concerned about.
