I recently wrote a bad review about Kellyco Metal Detectors Online Store and I deleted it for the following reason. I made some pretty harsh statements in the heat of the moment. Since then I received a call from Margaret at Kellyco and we worked things out. She was such a pleasure to talk to and is without a doubt a great asset to Kellyco. Anyway, all is well, I am an idiot, and I am sending my sincere apology to Kellyco. I was talked to in a very professional manner by all the Kellyco members that I talked to during my apparently wrong time of the month (and I am a male...go figure). It was just a big gigantic misinterpretation on my part. Thank you Kellyco and I would and will definately recommend you to my family and friends. Excellent online accessibility to available metal detectors. Clear pics and descriptions of items...especially appreciated by a novice like me. Great software capability to visually compare features and prices of available items and package deals. Great tips about selected items. Very helpful. I chose the detector I ordered largely because of a tip, especially after I compared the item with other available offerings. Great price discounts. Great package deals with free accessories. Ordered item(s) came within a few days. Everything intact and as represented. "Treasure Hunt" Magazine interesting to read. Have not yet used my ordered item(s). I ordered them for me, to be a Xmas gift from my husband to me, so I am "not allowed" to use them until Xmas. Impatiently awaiting the BIG DAY. I ordered this detector after my 11-year old grandson began a week long visit (from France). I paid extra for 3-day shipping and then worried that it wouldn't arrive in time. It was wonderful to see that it actually arrived in TWO days, and, although our yard has a few holes in it now, the boy and the detector are safely back in Paris. Thank them again for us.

EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD. I HAD A QUESTION ABOUT THE GTI 2500 PACKAGE AND CALLED KELLYCO. THEY GAVE ME THE INFORMATION I NEEDED TO MAKE THE DECISION TO PURCHASE. THE ONLY MINOR DIFFICULTY I HAD WAS UNDERSTANDING THE GTI 2500 "PACKAGE DEAL" ONLINE. ONCE THAT WAS CLEARED UP BY A SHORT PHONE CALL THE PURCHASE WAS MADE, SAID EQUIPMENT ARRIVED IN A TIMELY MANNER AND WAS (AND IS) OPERATING IN FINE FASHION. I WOULD CERTAINLY RECOMMEND KELLYCO TO ANYONE INTERESTED IN METAL DETECTORS.

Outstanding customer service! I would advise you call their knowledgeable and professional sales staff before making an online purchase....Something I did not do the first time I ordered. Nevertheless Kellyco took back the first metal detector without any problems(review their return policy) and I ordered another one based on the suggestions of my sales person. I am very satisfied with my purchased and the excellent service I received. I bought this detector as a gift and have not yet given it, so I cannot say whether it is in good condition or not. I opened the box and nothing seemed broken, however it has not yet been put together to see if it works. The shipping was fast and 1 day earlier than expeced.

The shipper delivered the package to the wrong address and left it out exposed to all the elements. it's a good thing your product wasn't prone to water damage @ the box was soaked through and almost fell apart.

If you are looking for a metal detector, look no further than this company. I have had top-notch customer service from them and would recommend them wholeheartedly. They are extremely helpful, good prices, and really fast shipping. Both of my orders got to me the next business day with regular shipping, although I do live in the same state. When I saw that they were offering a "free" accessory with the purchase of a metal detector after I had already purchased mine about two weeks prior, they still let me have it. I e-mailed them to just ask since I did just spend 3 grand on four detectors for my family and they said, "no problem, just pay for the shipping". I felt like I got a good deal prior to that and now I am really happy.

The web site was excellent and had tons of info for me to review so I could make an informed decision on picking a good detector. I was on a low budget and was able to find the MP5 on a scratch and dent sale giving me a lot better detector for my money. Kellyco has a great site and I will definately go back for another Detector and all the bonus gear you get from Kellyco only makes it easier to decide on who to buy from.
