I once used eMetalDetectors.com like I said once. They were horrible. "Low" prices doesn't make up for bad products or very poor customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM metaldetectors.com formally eMetalDetectors.com Stick with the people that know what they are doing like KellyCo.

Searched the Internet for the best prices on Metal Detectors. Found Kellyco's site which even offered free gifts with the purchase. Very easy secure ordering. I ordered this machine to take on a trip.I was told it was in stock and I would receive it by the time I left.I received the machine but not the large coil.I am told it is not in stock.Had I known this I would have ordered it elsewhere.I chose yes for question #7 only because there was no "undecided"option

My order was done online so no conversation took place. However, the only 'beef' that I have is shipping costs. When I received order, total cost for shipping was $4.00 and was charged 9.00 . Why can't actual shipping cost be calculated? This is the only reason I would hesitate to order again.

VERY rapid shipping. I was waiting for a tracking number, and there it was! THE PACKAGE! Shipping from this company is always very quick, but of course the shipping charges are fairly expensive if you buy just a few lightweight things. Al in all, a great store.

they mailed my order but put the old address on it.called customer service they stopped that order and overnighted me my item at no extra charge plus gave me some free stuff.

Had a delay the first time ordered, card is in wifes name. Had a delay a second time. Donot know reason but it was not more than an hour after the wife called in to verify purchase was ok. After hours answering service is useless. Left several messages to be called back after hours and no-one even called. Money would be better invested in an "after hours" team that could take orders and answer questions ,especially since Kellyco is an international retailer. I have 2 more of these to purchase for my boys at xmas time. I settled for another company that didn't offer all the stuff along with the detector and I am happy. The order arrived today from texas just after 2 days ordered.

Kellyco advertised no shipping cost, but added packing handling weight volume and insurance cost, to the order. You can call it what you want, but I call it false advertising! However; after my comment about it, they volunteered refund the charges.

detector arrived and couldn't wait to try it out. my only problem so far, the handle on digging trowel snapped in half first time i used it.found the detector worked very well found a silver spoon first try hope its a start to something greater

Super Service and Great Price for all you get. I purchased a Garrett GTI 2500 metal detector from Kellyco about 2 months ago and not only did I receive the metal detector I ordered I got a complete package of metal detector accessories. Now I don't have to buy the accessories one at a time, and the best part was the accessories were FREE! I called to see if they were sent by mistake and Tony told me that they are included in almost every metal detector purchased from Kellyco. What a great deal! You get excellent service from Kellyco, at first, when you buy something. But, if you have a problem and have to send something back. Good luck. After two business days with my return they finally, after much hounding, send me a tracking number, and don't ship my package. Miserable service!

Excellent service, I was trying to decide which detector to get, based on price, so I spoke to them. I ended up getting a lower priced machine because the higher priced one would not have worked in the soil in my area. I never thought to ask about that. This could have cost me alot more but with their help I came out on top. Now that's customer service.

I had a very bad service and shopping experience
I sent them a pulse star 11 metal detector that I bought from them for repair
after three months of phone calls and messages that were never returned I finally contacted a sales supervisor called Margarita who told me that the electronic box had to be replaced totally
I agreed and they charged me a month ago for that box 700 dollars and they have not yet send it to me
