I did not create an acct/profile(?), until after I placed my first order. So the tracking info. was not available due to my error. Customer Service was very prompt in answering any of my questions. Nice user-friendly website. Excellent presentation of devices for selection. I like very much their listing of purchase history, which shows popularity of devices; nice for novice. Extras provided by seller closed the deal. KELLYCO is serious about being the best source for metal detectors.

After shopping around online and looking at ads and such for 3 months I chose Kellyco. I ordered the Ace 250 package and received it right on time. I recently ordered a coil cover, dust cover and rechargeable battery outfit for it and again received it right on time. Part of the first package came with many free accessories which included a digging trowel. The first time I used it, it broke in half. When I placed my second order I told them about it and they sent me a free baseball cap even though the broken trowel was a "freebee" to start with. The folks at Kellyco really mean it when they say customer service is important to them. My next purchase will be from Kellyco, I guarantee it. Billy Jones Summerville, GA

MOST helpful in all respects; I felt that I received a quality product but Kellyco did not try to sell me something that was too expensive; my only complaint is: you are told to have covers for the coils but there was no cover for the main coil; would most certainly go to this company again; thank you

I never received a tracking number so was unable to track. I had requested that my order be sent to a different address, not my billing address, since it was a Christmas present but they sent it to the billing address. These caused several problems, someone did not get their Christmas present and since we were not home over the holidays I had to call a neighbor to see if it was sitting outside our house. It detector was shipped in its origanal box with just then ends of the box taped shout. Most of that tape was hanging off the box. I paid for 3 day shipping and now I have to pay to send it somewhere else again since they messed the order up.

I had requested the package be sent to a different address as it was a Christmas present for my husband, today the package arrived at my door and handed to my husband with the picture of the metal detector on the side of the box.
