Good selection of running shoes. Great prices. Web site was easy to use. I may have just missed it but, when I placed the order, I didn't see any information on Kelly's return policy. I would have been more comfortable with the order (particularly the first one) if I had been able to read the return policy before I placed the order.

The two shoe boxes came in a very large paper envelope. The potential for damage was there especially since they were shipped to an APO address. Would rather have seen them mailed in a box.

It was a great Web catalog, very easy to use. The only problem I had in the entire experience was finding items in my size (small). I will definitely be checking back with them though, to see if I can find other items in the future.

Would not use the ground shipping in the summer. Even the "2 day" postal service shipping seldom means the shipment will be received 2 days after it is shipped.

I have not received the shipment as yet, over two weeks since ordering. I have no information as to when it will come but it is now 7 days late with no notificatin as to when I will receive shipment. I am very disappointed with the service and fear I have been the victim of an on-line sales scam.

They advertise in a running magazine which is delivered to Canada but they do not accept Canadian orders and you can only contact them by e-mail which is not acceptable. They should have a telephone number.

I received my package on 2/19/05, ordered on 2/5/05, receieved on 11th business day if counting Saturday, one more than advertised (7-10 days) but reasonable time. Good price on sneakers. I did not know how to track order or contact merchant unless using reply to survey request. Looked for these features on website but did not see them.

I had to return the item because it did not run true to size and did not notice that there was a $10 restocking fee until that time. Of course it is my fault for not carefully checking the return policy prior to ordering but I don't think it was placed in a prominent enough place. In addition restocking fees are more common with tool and industrial supply type vendors and not so much so with clothing and shoe sellersf. At a minimum a notice should appear when you either view the shopping cart or prior to placing the order by the shipping charges. It would also help if the fee was waived for a reorder of of a replacement for the returned item. In summary I will not reorder due to this $10 charge.

I should have listened to the other reviews. I placed an order on 11/26/04, the total of the order was $48.96 and I received an email receipt for that amount. As of today I have not received shoes, but I was charged $78.98 on 11/30/04.I have emailed several times and constantly receive emails back stating it came through blank. So I faxed a note to them. I received an email stating my order was shipped it and would take 7 - 10 days.They never addressed the fact that I was overcharged. I am about to put in a dispute with my credit card company.
Listen to the reviews. The price is low, but there is no customer service. They don't even answer their phone |

i ordered a pair of shoes on 4/26. Three weeks later nothing. I was first told they were backordered until 5/20. And then again until 6/12.On 5/25 I requested that my order be canceled, and i received an e-mail saying it had been taken care of. On 6/2 guess what came in the mail. The shoes i had canceled. I have tried repeatedly since then to contact them via e-mail to get a refund on the shipping charge. I don't know who is responsible for replying to our e-mails but i swear it is so bulls**t. That company is messed up. Their prices may be good, but be careful they might screw you up.

No receipt or even transaction number for sale. No responses to customer service inquiry via email. No telephone number for customer service person. And if that's not enough, they ask you to be patient during a temporary delay in shipping and receiving their product.

I ordered a pair of men's new balance 855s the beginning of January 2004. Three days later, the money was deducted from my checking account upon which it was returned to my checking account two days later. I contacted them by email (as they have no phone number for customer service). The response was that there was a glitch in their processing system and I "should see my package at the doorstep shortly." As compensation for their error, they upgraded the shipping to "free;" however, shipping was free from the start (what a favor). One week later, I still did not receive my running shoes and sent another email requesting information as to their whereabouts. Two days later, I received an email stating that they were sold out of the 855s until the end of the month. Would I care to reorder or look for something different? I think I'll be looking elsewhere.

Speedy fast shipping, great shoes, great price, not seconds first rate all the way!!!! I placed my order and my shoes arrived 3 days later. I did call customer service to inquire about getting another pair, and they found one and sent that out to me also. Bravo, Bravo!
