I've been buying my running shoes on-line for several years now and find the prices to be a big attraction. One of the drawbacks is that the last company I bought the shoes from doesn't have them the next time I need them. So I sometimes flounder around

It was great. I found exactly what I needed, at a price lower than any other store on the web. I received my shoes quickly, and they were exactly as I expected. I would definitely buy from Kelly's Running Warehouse again.

The only thing I didn't like is that when I ordered 2 pair of shoes the receipt in the box was 20.02 higher than the receipt I printed from the original order. I emailed and got an almost immediate response which I really appreciated. That is customer service. I have recommended your company to several of my friends since then. Thank you.

Great - the shoes were in stock, the process was easy, I received my order quickly (which is NOT usually the case since I live in Hawaii) - everything went smoothly, as expected. This is the 2nd time I've ordered running shoes from Kelly's.

While the prices were great and I received my order within 10 days of placing it, the service was terrible. My credit card was charged, but I had no tracking information until I emailed Kelly's to ask for it. Also, they have a bare-bones website that doesn't have good links for customer service. I had to search for about 20 minutes to find a contact link. Very frustrating. If they improve the logistics of ordering, I will shop with them again. If not, I'll have to shop somewhere else.

My UPS delivery person delivered the shoes to a neighboring house. Customer Service helped track the package which we found out went to a neighbor. Good customer service I would definitely use them again. A suggestion is to include the tracking information in the original order. I was able to get the tracking info by e-mailing customer service, but easier to include directly. Also the WWW site did not have a phone number in to talk to someone. Again all able to be worked around - good quality shoes for excellent prices - Thanks.

No problems except for initial uncomfort due to lack of email follow up, tracking order number, & customer service phone number. However, credit card was charged next day & product went coast-to-coast in less than a week. Bottom line: Product was perfect, price was unbeatable, & shipping was very good. :-)

Ordered my New Balance shoes on a Tuesday and received them in 7 days. Had no problems at all. Kelly's web site needs more information on it about contacting them. It would be nice to have a place to see your order status. Bottom line: You trade customer service for a lower cost.

I found Kelly's through a Froogle search for Mizuno Wave Creation 8 running shoes. Kelly's saved me $40 compared to buying these shoes from a local retailer. They had the best price and the product arrived right on time. I replace my shoes 2-3 times a year and Kelly's will be my first stop when it's time to reorder.

Excellent pricing and inventory. I was surprised that Kelly didn't send me a notification e-mail when my shoes shipped and when I was actually expected to receive it (like other internet outfits). Overall, this is the 2nd time I buy from Kelly's Running and I will buy again from them.

They had a great sale on New Balance 1060s. Plus on orders over $100 they did not charge shipping. To top it off, they had a $10 off promotion for buying a 2nd pair of shoes. All in all, I got two pair of shoes for only slightly more than retail for one pair.

I completed an on-line order Aug 28th. I still hadn't received my order, so tried to track it down. It was difficult to find any contact info on-line, but I eventually found an e-mail address. I sent an e-mail asking them for info and to track the order. Almost 48 hours later, the e-mail was returned saying that the order was cancelled because my credit card was decline. Why on earth wasn't I contacted? Why was I not given the opportunity to resolve this issue? Instead, I waited weeks for an order that was never going to arrive. Now, I will have to re-order (likely not from Kelly's), and will have to again wait weeks. I am totally frustrated with what I perceive to be a significant lack of customer service.
Having said that, I ordered from Kelly's in the past, and did have a good experience then.
