I highly recomend Kelly's Running Warehouse for both pricing and prompt delivery. Kelly's had the brand I preferred and I received my package the very next day with only a $5.00 shipping charge! After that experience I will check the Kelly's website first for all my future purchases. Keep in mind that the overnight delivery of my package was probably due to the proximity of my office in Detroit, Michigan and Kelly's warehouse that I believe is in Ohio. Thus, delivery time may depend on the package destination. In any event the processing of the order was very prompt.

The shoe purchase experience was ok. But I also needed running clothing, and I tried to purchase the items at Kellys, and the items were either unavailable or not in my size. That business had to go to Road Runner Sports - $250 in lost business for Kelly's.

I placed the order on a Friday afternoon. I changed my mind 15 minutes later. I tried cancelling, but no customer service number to call. I emailed the email address provided, but no response. Order got processed and sent, even after I sent multiple emails (at least 5 emails). Then, someone had the audacity to respond 3 days after the order was processed to inform me I could not cancel, since the order was already processed. IDIOTS!!! If you check your mailbox, you can see I sent the initial request to cancel 15 minutes after placing the order. What a waste of my time. Very disappointed.

I placed an order for 2 different pair of shoes. They said they were in stock. Two days later they sent an email informing me that 1 pair was out of stock and they were cancelling that part of my order. There is no way of contacting them via phone to ask any questions and they only have automated responses when you send an email question. I ordered the out-of-stock pair from another company. Nearly a month later, without any communication prior, the "out-of-stock" pair of New Balance shoes arrived. I noticed that they billed my credit card. It was an unwellcome surprise, but I am keeping this third pair because it is more trouble to return it and I will eventually wear it. I dislike not being able to contact a merchant that I cannot contact and speak to a real live person under certain circumstances. This was one of those circumstances.

I use Kelly's Running Warehouse as a measure for what others charge for the same or similiar product. The price on the shoes I bought was well below that of the same model offered at Road Runners Sports. In fact the savings on two pairs and the free shipping allowed me to buy the second pair for about $10 more then it would have cost for a single pair ar RRS. Thanks KRW for another great deal!

Item was shown to be in stock. E-mailed the company after 2 weeks passed. They responded that the item was out of stock and never shipped. No charges were made to my account. Kelly's does not offer any way to track shipments. When you order from Kelly's you have to just hope for the best. Maybe you get your stuff, maybe you don't. Best of luck to you.

Good service and prices. There was a delay in processing my order, and I thought that perhaps the order did not go through. About a week later, they charged my card and said the order was on it's way. They charged my card an incorrect amount, but when I pointed out the error, they corrected the charge...
