I must say that my first experience with Kelly's Running Warehouse was much more pleasant than I had expected based on some of the reviews that I read. I ordered a pair of New Balance 1063 Neutral running shoes in a size 10 2E (wide). I was actually very impressed with their variety of wide running shoes...as most live stores have maybe 1 or 2 at most to choose from. The price was also about $25 cheaper than at the store. With shipping it came to about $20 cheaper. Within an hour of placing the original order I received an order confirmation with all the necessary information on it (except a customer service email or phone number...but read on about that). The next day I had a UPS shipping confirmation in my email box with a link to the UPS tracking page. I checked and they were already on their way. They arrived in 3 days (I paid standard shipping, not expedited).
I just took the shoes for their first test and they are perfect.
Best: variety, speed of service, order accuracy
Worst: there was no customer service number...but then again I didn't need one
NOTE: Once I got the package, the UPS tag did have a customer service number...so if you need one it is 1-800-662-8896
