I know exactly what shoes I want - and they are an older version. I can get a good deal at Kelly's Running Warehouse, and I've bought from them a few times. THey have great specials, shipping is inexpensive, and everything gets done quickly. It's very convenient!

I am not very comfortable with website not offering an account system and a possibility to track order and box when it is shipped. Once my order placed, I got a tracking info that I missed and was unable to get it back then.. Was afraid to have lost money and no way to track my order. A phone line would be apreciated.

I order the shoes on Nov. 16th. Never recieved an eamil  confirmation and did not hear anything at all from Kelly's. Got a little nervous when I could not find any phone numbers to contcat. Emailed them on Thursday the nov. 22 requesting shipping tracking numbers. They emailed back within the hour with tracking information. Tracked package through UPS. Package was out for delivery and about 15mins later UPS was knocking on my door with shoes in hand. WOOT WOOT!!! I was a little worried at first but all worked out.


I live on the east cost and the shoes were shipped from the west cost.

Ordered a pair of Asics Gel Foundation 8.  Web site was basic but functional.  Saved 30 bucks over the same shoes at zappos.  Got an email confirmation the next day and a shipping confirmation a bit later.  Shoes arrived within two days.  All in all, very happy with fast service.  Shoes are exactly what I ordered.  No problems.

All around bad experience. No phone number to contact customer service. It took over 24 hours to answer e-mail. Just like everything else in life, you get what you pay for. Low price = poor customer service. I'll never order from them again.

Great selection of running shoes at terrific prices (about 40% less than what I'd pay retail in Canada). I only wish they would include an option to ship to Canada.

Requested that my shipping address be changed before order was shipped... company ignored my request and shipped it to the wrong address instead. Wanted to charge me to intercept the package with UPS.

No phone number, takes forever to respond to emails.

Make sure they fit before you order. Return is a rip-off. Read the return process-there is a $9.99 return fee for using the smart label. You are better off mailing them back USPS. There is also a $10 restocking fee. Cost me $19.99 for my wife to try on a pair of NB. Go to your local store and forget about Kelly's!!!!

Horrible service, slow to respond to emails, no phone #'s to contact. Needed to change order minutes after submitting and later was told original order already shipped. will have to pay restocking fee!

I love New Balance running shoes and they offered the best deal - free shipping and best price. I can't say that I was thrilled by the restocking fee if I'd had to return the shoes (tough to find a 14B to try one), but I know my feet so it worked out. If you want to create a more competitive edge (comparable to Zappo's), lose the restocking fee. However, I'll probably use Kelly's again because I know my feet.

I'd read some less than satisfactory reviews of this seller, but I really wanted this particular pair of shoes and they had a great price, so I took the chance - AND was not disappointed at all...no issues, received the shoes in less than a week.

Other then ordering without the reassurance of having an phone # for customer services I couldn't have been happier with the outcome of my order.  I received immediate email confirmation of my order.  Within one day the order had been sent and I had received a shipping confirmation number.  I was entitled to free shipping and I had my order in 3 business days.  Not to bad considering it was from CA to MI.  Finally, the shoes were exactly what I had ordered and they were clearly new; perfect condition.  In fact, I had entered a typo in order information; I entered a incorrect zip code.  I emailed them of the error and within 12 hours I had received the reply email indicating that they had corrected the error.  This suggests to me that they're customer service actually does check and reply if needed. Overall I was very happy with this vendor and the experience I had.  I can clearly understand the reluctance to order from a vendor who will not make themselves easily accessable.  But in my mind, this transaction could not have gone smoother.

I just ordered my New Balance 763 on Friday and received the shoes on Monday, in perfect order.  I received an email with my tracking number and then another telling me my shoes were shipped.  I couldn't ask for a better experience!

Although there were several negative reviews, my experience was pleasant. Price was cheaper than other sites, shipping was only $5 for multiple pairs, and delivered in 3 days by UPS.  Confirmation email and tracking number were supplied..I will admit, though that if there was a problem, E-mail is the only way to communicate with the company as no customer service number is provided...I will order from them again, based on this experience

Kelly's was offering the running shoes I wanted at about 20% less than any other online store. I bought them, but received no confirming email. There is no link to any kind of customer service or other contact info on their site so I couldn't get in touch to confirm my order. After about a week went by, I decided I had made some kind of mistake and I ordered them again. 2 or 3 days later I did get a confirming email. Then 2 or 3 days after THAT, I got another one, and realized that the first email had been for that earlier order. I hit reply and explained that I double-ordered by mistake, and asked that one order be cancelled.

That was about four days ago. I've gotten no reply to the email, and still no shoes, over two weeks since my first order. This does not meet any kind of commonly accepted standard for online purchasing.

UPDATE: The day after I wrote this, I got an email from Kelly's confirming cancellation of the second order, and two days after that the shoes (correct model and size) arrived.  I've added a couple of stars!

This website is crap. After my order was canceled twice, I went to order from other website thinking I was fininshed with Kelly's Running Warehouse. A few days later they processed the payment w/out my permission even though both orders were canceled. There is no phone number and they are lousy at getting back to you through e-mails.
DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!!! Their cheap prices are too good to be true. They are lousy and full of crap!! I would reccommend doign research before ordering from another website.

My experience was excellent. Smooth transaction, fantastic prices, on-time delivery, and free shipping coupon for my next order. After reading a few negative reviews, I emailed Kelly's Running Warehouse requesting a customer service number before making a purchase. They promptly responded that they have no costumer service line because they are solely an online service company. Though a bogus reason, I decided to try them out and was very pleased with the results.

Excellent transaction with Kellýs Running Warehouse, First of all those prices ROCKS.... the customer service excellent they reply all the emails I send them, I chose the wrong size and quickly send an email to make the change and the reply was positive and fast , they change the size and shipped my Adidas Supernova, I received the package on time . The shoes are excellent as described . Dont know about the others but my shooping experience was great. Will shop from Kelly´s again .
