Excellent Quality & prompt service.I received my Purchase within 2 days of my order.They packaged & even included gift Card for my daughter without any charges.

It was great in 2007 to meet people of Kellsons.com also at Claridges Hotels where the company owns a showroom.It certainly is a company which doesn't work for money but for the name.

I have highly recommended Kellsons to all my friends & colleagues and also recommend them to see there complete collection in India at there warehouse & showroom's.

Excellent. I am impressed with the pashmina quality that I ordered. The quality was superb, and the pashmina was so soft and warm. And the prices are still great! Great customer service and prompt delivery. Do not believe any bad remarks about this company, as those are fake. This is my 7th purchase from Kellsons in the last 3 years.

First, the website is not up to date on the availabilities of colors. When I received my order, there was no invoice whatsoever, they never sent me an order confirmation via e-mail, and the quality of the 100% 2-ply pashmina was poor. It almost seemed like single ply, because the material is sheer, and no I did not order a ring pashmina.
I've ordered through boutiquejewels.com, and they are by far superior. I should never have tried anything else.
They also say they will respond within one hour to e-mail inquiries, but they have yet to respond after a day to mine. I am not surprised.
