Kelley Furniture

We ordered a dining table and side unit on November 26 2007. We immediately received an e mail which stated shipping would happen by the following week at the latest and our credit card was debited on December 4 2007. Furniture arrived January 18 2008 with damage before it left the warehouse. This company did not keep me informed of what was going on and refused to refund me while I was awaiting shipping. They promised e mails which never arrived and then started to get abusive on the phone when I asked them to cancel the order. They then threatened to criticise my business which they have never used (Photography) with false comments if I did not drop the matter. I refused and proceeded to be hounded at night by vicious and vindictive calls. Their furniture was not worth the money we paid for it but the attitude of their staff was something else. Please do not shop at Kelley furniture, you get what you pay for so do not be lulled in with low prices. If you want rude service this is the company to choose.

VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER!!! Received my "Sheffield Collection" Designer Wall Unit by Parker House in pristine condition 16 days after placing order. I've got to admit, I was skeptical about ordering furniture in this price range without first inspecting it on a showroom floor. It's absolutely gorgeous, and definitely high-quality furniture. Your Customer Service employees were prompt, efficient, and courteous when I fielded them many questions.

This is the best furniture shopping experience I've ever had. Shopping on the Internet allowed review of greater variety, not to mention just all-around more efficient. Kelley Furniture definitely had the best price, so I did not need to use their "110% Price Guarantee." Their price, including delivery, was hundreds less than purchase price alone through other dealers. The delivery was within the date and time window stated, and furniture arrived in perfect condition.

I wish I was at a point in my life where I needed a whole house full of furniture. Unfortunately, I'm just about through!

I bought a platform bed and frame from Kelley furniture. They had the best price and advertised the fastest shipping. As it turned out, the shipping was slower than others had advertised, when the bed was near my area they were totally out of the picture and the delivery company contacted me to set up the time. They gave me a window of the entire work day, didn’t give me the 1 hour advanced warning they promised, left when I didn’t answer my phone, didn’t respond when I returned the call, then the icing on the cake was that it was curbside delivery and I live in a large condo building. So... if you and a friend can take the day off to receive a $500 bed, then this is place you should shop. Otherwise, just go to crate and barrel or something and buy from someone who delivers when they say they will and does it properly.

I just wanted you to know how impressed I was with our new coffee table and two end tables.. they are much more beautiful than even I expected. The picture shown does'nt do them justice. There is an inlay that is lovely, but you can't really see it on the net, and the shiny finish is great. This set would have been a bargain for twice the price ( but, hey, dont charge more...lol)
Thanks for such a lovely coffee table and end tables. It is so hard buying from the internet where you cant see or feel the quality... so I thought, what the heck, give it a shot...Im so glad I did. Bottom line... my husband was more impressed than I was...now that is saying something.

We were looking for a certain style of king-size iron bed, and had surfed a number of websites when we discovered Kelley Furniture Online. Not only did we get a great price on the iron bed, but we purchased a second one for our guest room. Amazingly, including S&H, we paid less for both beds than we would have for the king-size alone at one of our local "brick and mortar" furniture stores! To top it all off, delivery was fast and on-time. When we had any questions, Customer Service at KFO was most courteous, cheerfully helpful and professional.

We highly recommend Kelley Furniture Online -- we would shop from them again in a heartbeat.

We purchased a very beautiful bedroom set and will be getting it in about two weeks.I don't understand people that expect something for nothing . We love this merchant! I made several phone calls to their toll free number before placing my order. I was able to talk to the same person each time and she remembered my name and the items I was looking at. She answered my questions about the furniture with knowledge and patience. (I was a bit nervous about spending a significant amount of money based on internet images) But I was not disappointed. The furniture arrived right on schedule. It is beautiful and well made. It was easy to assemble as many of the hardware pieces were pre-attached. My husband said it was the easiest he had ever put together! We did receive one part that was damaged in transit, but again the customer service was superb. I called the company and they put me directly in touch with the manufacturer with all the information I needed to request a replacement part. They even offered to follow up with the manufacturer if I didn't receive my replacement quickly. No need, it arrived within a week. The whole process of ordering from Kelley Furniture was easy and pleasant. We will definitely use them again!

I was disappointed with the service, and feel cheated. We purchased a coffee and end table from them, the coffee table arrived damaged and the end table did not look like the picture on-line. There is a similar end table in a local department store, and we thought we were getting the same thing but at a discounted price. It took more than three months to get our refund and we were charged $143 shipping and restocking fees -- thats more that 50% of the price of the table that wasn't damaged.(Even though I was told the freight company would pay shipping for that one). I WAS told we'd have to pay shipping for the smaller table, but I was unhappy about it because I felt that it was misrepresented. After 3 months of waiting and finally talking to the owner, I understood that the shipping would be waived because it had been so long since we sent back the furniture and requested a refund. Silly me.
