I Ordered a Parker House Entertainment Center from Kelley furniture. The Cost was just over $2000.00. Although this was a huge purchase for me, the same one locally was over $3500.00 so I thought I should give them a try. I immediately received an order confirmation stating my unit would ship in 2-3 weeks. This seemed too good to be true as my local, more expensive, store quoted me 6-8 weeks for delivery. Much to my surprise, I received tracking only ONE week later.
Another week or so thereafter, I received a call from the delivery service who worked with me on my schedule. I was able to receive my delivery 3 business days after the call.
When the delivery arrived, the drivers were friendly and helpful and brought the items into my home.
My husband and I then unpacked the boxes and had them set up within about 15 minutes.
All in all from point of sale to set-up, this entire transaction took less than 3 weeks. The unit was perfect, just as expected however the price, customer service and speedy delivery far exceeded my expectations. Definitely worth the risk. Kelley Furniture is the best, and have made my home more beautiful for many years to come!
