I've placed 2 orders with Kelley. I bought a table with 4 chairs, then I decided I needed 2 more chairs. I did a great deal of web-shopping and, even with the $100 delivery charge, Kelly's price was at least $200 less than anyone else and as much as $800 less!

The first order needed to be delivered through a scheduled service. The table was to be delivered in 2 to 3 weeks. At 3 weeks I called Kelley and received a return call immediately to schedule a delivery.
We agreed on a day and time (Saturday- so I wouldn't have to take vacation time from work). They gave me a 1 hour window, nice, I didn't have to keep my whole afternoon open. But the day before, a woman called to say my delivery person wouldn't be able to make the assigned time. Well, at least they called... Ultimately they decided to drop it off in the back-yard the following Monday. I was hoping that the $100 delivery charge would cover delivery of the furniture AND assembly. Apparently that was not the case.
My husband and I assembled the table- the quality was very good- sturdy and looked just like the picture.
The second order arrived via DHL about a week after I ordered it. Inside the box one of the assemblies was broken. It was obvious the manufacturer (not Kelley) packaged the broken part and shipped it that way. I called Kelley right away. They asked me to send an e-mail describing the problem and the exact part. I did and within about 5 days the replacement part was at my door.
Overall I was pleased with my experience. The pricing seems too good to be true, but it is for real.
