I was shopping for a bedroom set for my daughter and as you can imagine
when looking to spend $1500.00 or more for a solid wood bedroom set, I was quite nervous about purchasing furniture online. I saw one that I loved at
Pottery Barn but the bedroom set that I wanted was over $2000.00,
slightly over my budget of $1500.00. I then resorted to Google and typed in Twin Complete Bedroom Set, I ran across a site called. Kelley Furniture,
www.kelleyfurniture.com .

I clicked into the website which went right to the cottage style
bedroom set which was similar to the one I wanted at Pottery Barn. It is cottage style, very cute and very hard to find at an affordable price. I was
expecting to spend around $1500.00. On Kelley Furniture the bedroom set that I fell in love with was only $799.00 and included a bed, dresser, mirror and nightstand. I thought it was too good to be true so I called and spoke
with a customer service representative and he confirmed that all of the
pieces were included except the trundle that would fit underneath the bed
would be extra as stated on the website.

I went ahead and purchased it with ease online by hitting the add to
cart button. Next I typed in my zip code to calculate freight charges which
were $140.00 for the entire set. I then proceeded to check out which have me
two options for payment, either Paypal or regular credit card. I opted for
Paypal. I then received an email stating that my order would be
processed.

I received a phone call from Kelley Furniture about two days later
stating that it would ship in approximately 2-3 weeks. I was pleasantly
surprised because when I read their terms and conditions, it stated most bedroom furniture items take about 3-4 weeks to ship.

Sure enough I received tracking 16 days later via email and my new
bedroom set arrived 3 days later. Everything came assembled other then a
little assembly for the bed of course which was really easy. One of the
wooden bed slats had a small crack in it, but it did not matter because it came with 20 slats way more then enough to accommodate our daughter safely. Kelley Furniture called to see how I liked the bedroom set and I told her I loved it and thanked her. I did mention the crack on one of the slats and she offered to ship a replacement the same day. I was so thrilled with the
set and the service and had already assembled the bed so I told her not to
worry about it. It came UPS anyhow. At least I have a spare. Since then I
have referred several of my friend to Kelley Funiture.

I just wanted to take some time out of day to say Thank You and
possibly help others make an informed decision when shopping online. Oh, one more thing I forgot, although this bedroom set is the largest purchase I
have ever made online, I don’t care whether I have ordered contact lenses or a coffee pot. It is very rare that an actual real person will answer the
telephone when you call an 800#. Right away from the first time that I
called it boosted my confidence in this transaction.
