I received poor quality merchandise. On one device the left arrow did not work and on the other the down arrow did not work. In addition, the face on one metal pad was blemished. It looks like it was buffed out/ scratched with a power tool.

Although the merchandise was returned 2 months ago, I have yet to receive a full refund.
