Site shows in-stock; they'll charge your card but they won't ship.

They showed my item in stock, so I ordered. Got a confirmation and they charged my card. Four days later I try to find a tracking number since I haven't heard anything. They claim to have tried to email, my phone number is right next to the email but they didn't call. Now they say they won't have it for another month, even though their site still shows it shipping "Next Business Day". These folks don't deserve to stay in business.

Prices were the best I found and they have a huge selection of really cool toys, toys I haven't seen anywhere else! My son love anything that has to do with pirates and they had a number of "pirate toys". Everything I ordered shipped out the next day and I had my son's gifts within 4 days! I didn't have to get in the car and fight traffic or store lines, it was so easy to order on their website! What a great store! I'll be back Kazoo Toys!!

I love shopping at Kazoo Toys! They send me emails with their current sales and they have the cutest toys. I buy toys for my grandchildren and usually order on their website, but when I call the ladies I talk to are so sweet and helpful. It's so nice to find a good store with good prices.

Kazootoys has the best selection of toys around. And they're in stock. Easy toy site to shop and easy to order from. I like their find a toy section on the front page so if you are looking for a Playmobil item or a Lego toy - you can type in the item number and it pops up. Kazootoys pricing was very competitive and they ship UPS. I received my order in just 5 days and that was great. I would definitely shop here again.

Great shopping experience with kazootoys.com. They have an easy web site to move around, they shipped the toys right away via UPS and I received my order in 4 days. Kazootoys was easy to find interesting toys and their prices were competitive compared to other sites. Great shopping experience and I will shop there again.

Kazoo Toys did a wonderful job getting my daughters birthdays presents shipped to me on time in order to make her party. They have a great selection of toys! I plan on shopping with Kazoo for my next purchases.

I also am having a terrible experience with Kazoo toys. Prior to Christmas 2008 I ordered and paid for the Elite Baby Grand by Schoenhut (37 key product). I was shipped the Fancy Baby Grand by Schoenhut (30 key product), which is a much smaller and cheaper product. The price difference between these pianos is over $100. I had several shipping issues when attempting to get my product sent to me from Kazoo Toys, and they would not provide me with any tracking information.
I have emailed Kazoo Toys three times and called three times over the past month, with no response. I am requesting they either take the piano back and refund my money, or reimburse me the price difference between the two products. This is a completely reasonable request. Kazoo Toys will not respond to me, which means I will have to take on the expense of an attorney to get this resolved. Kazoo Toys effectively stole my money, and pulled a complete bait and switch. They shipped me the wrong item and will not respond to rectify the situation. |

Thanks to Kazoo Toys, I have learnt a lesson to always do research before I buy from an online store. This is the first store I have ever written a complaint about. I ordered a toy for my son, that kazoo listed as being in stock, only to find out that it was not in stock. kazoo did not even notify me, I had to keep calling wondering why my item was not shipped as yet. The customer service agent, who seemed to be the one answering all the times that I called, was only interested in getting me off the phone as quick as possible, and seemed annoyed with me for calling to inquire about my purchase. Never again will I buy from Kazoo toys. I think I will stick to trying to find everything on Amazon from now on.

Terrible customer service. Notified order was out of stock after 5 days. According to their site, the order should have been processed in 24 hours and shiped in 3 days. I gto nothing but a short email saying it was out of stock and I would be refunded the purchase price. I'm still trying to figure out if they're refunding the shipping for that item too. I called and was on hold for up to 45 minutes each time without ever talking to anyone. No response to numerous emails. I understand its the holidays, but c'mon people. Get your act together! I ended up paying mega-bucks for shipping at another retailer in order to get my niece her X-mas present in time.
Don't bother shopping online here. They've bitten off more than they can chew. |

I initially had a terrible experience with this place, but after finally getting through on the phone (which is usually busy) to someone who knows what she's doing , I am writing to amend my initial posting. I had ordered an item that never showed up and cancelled a different order that was shipped anyway. My attempts to get a response via email and phone were futile until just yesterday, when I finally was lucky to have someone answer the phone at the store who followed through and helped sort out the situation. I was relieved and grateful to finally get a response. However, my general sense is that this store is not quite ready for the demands of Internet commerce. They may be great as a local resource, but for effective online sales, they will need more consistent customer service.

I ordered Christmas gift on line. Received my invoice stating everything was in stock and would be shipped. Eight days later at 2:30 a.m. I received a brief email stating my ordered had been cancelled, due to lack of stock. I ordered FOUR items!! They were all out of stock? And it took 8 days to figure this out?

I was contacted and an item (higher value) was substituted for my original selection. I expected to be billed for the higher price--but was pleasantly surprised that was not the case when my bill was received.

NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE CROOKS! I PURCHASED A MAGIC SET THAT IS AVAILABLE ON MANY OTHER SITES. THEY HAD THE LOWEST PRICE AND WITH SHIPPING ..THEY STILL CAME OUT TO BE THE LOWEST PRICED. AFTER MY ORDER WAS PROCESSED AND MY CREDIT CARD BILLED...I RECEIVED AN EMAIL SEVERAL DAYS LATER...AFTER THEY SHIPPED THE ITEM NO LESS SAYING I'M BEING CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL SHIPPING AMOUNT OF $6.00 BECAUSE OF THE SIZE OF THE ITEM. NOTHING STATED THAT IN MY RECEIPT ANYWHERE. ANYWAYS, I ENDED UP PAYING $16 FOR SHIPPING ON AN ITEM THAT WEIGHED MAYBE 10 POUNDS (OH, BECAUSE THEY PUT IT IN TWO BOXES! I JUST PURCHASED A SAFE AT WALMART THAT WEIGHED 36 POUNDS AND ONLY COST ME $15 FOR SHIPPING (UPS). I CONTACTED KAZOO SEVERAL TIMES AND GOT NASTY RESPONSES FROM THEM. ALSO, THE ITEM CAME IN A TORN UP BOX...LOOKED LIKE A RETURNED ITEM. I AM SO DISGUSTED! THIS IS TO BE A CHRISTMAS PRESENT AND I'M EMBARRASSED BUT THEY WANT ME TO PAY SHIPPING TO SHIP IT BACK.
