Absolutely horrible customer service. completely pathetic!! totally unacceptable!! do not order from this vendor. I ordered three items WELL before Christmas. after ordering, Kazoo emailed that 2 of 3 of my items shipped. i then received 2 out of 3, but a different two of three than what they said. when I phoned to see where my other item was, (after having to explain they screwed up which two of three they actually shipped) they said "OH we cancelled that third item for you." WHAT? they took it upon themselves to cancel without even contacting me? ridiculous. I said "No I want it if I can have it before Christmas. you can overnight it." the girl then told me the relatively inexpensive puzzle wouldn't be worth the expense for me to ship overnight. I said oh no, it's your fault, you should mail it at your expense. she then said "oh i'm nobody, just a cashier for the holidays, I'll have the manager call you back." surprise surprise I never heard a THING. NOBODY called me. nobody emailed. the item my daughter asked santa for was missing. Kazoo Toys SUCKS. do not order from them!! avoid them, as I wish i had.
