I ordered an item for my little girl, I was never told that it was not in stock. After a month of nothing, I emailed Kazoo Toys asking where my item was, I received an email only then that stated that it was not in stock. TWO months later I emailed again (SEVERAL times, with no response) requesting an update at least, finally, I received a very rude email letting me know that they had already sent me one email the month before telling me that the toy was out of stock and they didn't feel that they needed to keep me updated. I was never given an estimated time that the item might be IN stock or anything else and it was the rudest company I've ever ordered from. And I do most of my shopping online.
