Most frustrating experience. Web site is for those who purchased and downloaded over the web, not for those buying the product at a store. No explanation about this on the site. 4. Tried to e-mail about the situation but no response; apparently have to purchase a tech help contract. 7. Will make this decision in a year. I was within minutes of pulling this product off the computer and installing a different product.

I do not know if setting in front fo a computer and renewing anti-virus software a shopping experience. But all is well at Kaspersky Lab they have the best Anti-Virus software on the market.(Period) That is a personal Opiniion. (And you know the rest) Have a great day and GOD Bless.

Karparsky Lab procedures for updating old software to the current version is too complex. It should be done automatically. I updated my old software on one of my computers and I did not receive a free update. I had to buy the new version which made me very unhappy. The product is good, but everything else about dealing with Karparsky Lab needs to be made easier and simpler.

With my 30 day free trial up, I ordered your Kaspersky Anti-Virus 7.0 and received the activiation code. During activiation I received the code "invalide client number or password. I sent two emails to two different e-mail addresses and received a reply from one that I need to direct my concern to another e-mail address. I have not received a response from that address. I have paid for a service and have received none! I am very disappointed!

i downloaded the trial edition for a month and the order the download version along with mail back CD and manual. I wasn't a single hour without protection and is has block several viruses already. I have experience two of the most popular antivirus software in this area prior to Kasparsky and Kasparsky is the best. I wouldn't of found out about Kasparsky if I wouldn't got Windows Vista Ultimate 64X as it is one of the only antivirus that works.

They claimed that orders would be fulfilled in 12 hours or maximum 24 hours, but it actually took about 48 hours. I had to send an email asking for the order to be completed, although of course it probably would have been completed even if I did not send email. If they had not set an unrealistic goal (24 hours maximum) I would not have sent the email - I would have waited until the message arrived. The product itself installed easily and works well. I am pleased with its performance.

Minor problems downloading & installing but after several trys & a couple phone calls we succeeded. Originally the Insructions did not seem clear but were cleared up by phone calls. Thanks to Staff.

Had several problems regarding errors reported by the software after installation, that I had requested information from Kappersky, to which I am still waiting for a responce. Other than that, the product works great, and the installation was a snap.

Their product was recommended and it seems to be quality. The actual shopping experience wasn't as relaxed as I would have liked. Made me feel uncomfortable on some levels. But things seemingly worked out and my product, I believe, is working.

I am an American and temp. live in the Philippines. I wanted to continue my 3rd year of security for my computer. I tried everything I know to get this done. I wrote 2 letters, but did not call. YOUR PRODUCT WAS SIMPLY to difficult to purchase. I do not like going this 3rd step for the bank on my debit card. Your merchant is suppose to have a secure web site, I use a pin only known to me, plus there is a security code. The only way my information is compromised is is if the merchant did not have a secure site (cause they were hacked). I waited three weeks on you guys. Bottom line is your on line industry is lazy. They want the sales, but they do not want to provide good service after the sale. Now it seems they do not want to provide good service during the sale. I bought from one of your competitors for less money. Seems to be working fine. I would liked to have continued with you. But we are not on the same page. After a similiar incident, I have decide to make one effort to buy and get service after the sale. If I don't get it. Your company or any company will loose my business forever. Documents to Go was the first, you were the second. Tired of being treated like I am just a pain in your side. This pain is done, moved on to another company. I have a new attitude towards the dot com companies. It will only get worse.

After verifying from the manual that the installation program would take care of uninstalling any anti-virus software that might interfere with the new Internet Security 7.0, I ran the disk that came with the product. When it restarted the computer to finish installation, the whole system was locked up. It wouldn't even respond to "Ctrl-Alt-Delete."

It turned out there was no telephone support. There was an email address to which you can get an answer "within two business days." That's an absurdly long wait, and also a neat trick if the product has disabled the computer you use for email.

There is an on-line forum (I accessed with a borrowed computer), but the solutions seem to involve debugging using the affected computer (impossible), or complicated routines of starting in "safe mode" followed by elaborate rigamaroles.

Bottom line: Don't buy this unless you enjoy debugging.

I did an internet search and found some glowing reviews of Kaspersky Internet Security. I bought it at a brick and mortar store. Their Internet Security Program totally locked up my computer...it could have been a conflict with my expired Resolution Anti-Virus program. Their help number is in Moscow. I e-mailed them over 24 hours ago, no response, 0, nada.

I was luck to be able to get Kaspersky off my computer...in the process it would take up to 30 minutes to go from screen to screen. I just plodded along finally getting to the Control Panel to delete this monster. Man I was sweating bullets on this one.
