my experiences with KARMALOOP have been generally positive. Most items are shipped in a timely manner. The coupons and REP Codes are great for saving on cool gear etc. I would however recommend you avoid KAZBAH though.

I love Karmaloop. They have so many items that I love, from women's clothing, awesome crewnecks, cosmetics & my favorite shoe brands. The prices are good and they always run great promotions. The shipping is great too. On my last order, my items shipped the exact same day I placed the order. You can find so much cool stuff on this site, men and women. They carry a lot of popular brands and some exclusive items from these brands that you won't fibd anywhere else. I was especially delighted to learn they sold sugarpill cosmetics. Sugarpill is a really top notch makeup line which is sold limited places so I am so happy that I can order their products here and still use Karmaloop discounts! I would really recommend exploring the site, your bound to end up ordering something you love!

I love you guys and i do buy your stuff over culture kings a streetware store in austraila but one tip would be chuck in some freebies everyone loves freebies! Doesn't have to be anything huge you throw in a sticker or two you just get overly excited. Also couple of brands like "hater snap backs they are pretty sick brand of them

Delivery Speed: Flat rate order came in 5 days................ Accuracy: 100 % for me, had  a friend whose been shopping from here for 2 years and said once they misshipped the wrong order and ended up giving him a refund, AND store credit for how much the order was...sometimes id wished they mess up my order........................... Customer service: Awesome!!!, Top notch, just had to call once to make sure my order went through didnt even have to be placed on hold like most online stores.......... Overall: Beyond satisfied, plan on shopping here in the future. Only CON is they sometimes dont have your size.

Hi I had some issues as I did not receive my 10 dollars free for subscribing to the elist when I processed my order. I also thought the total was less untill I recieved my paypal receipt. I was not impressed with the clarification of all the shipping costs before the payment was processed. Although I did appreciate that the item was on sale and in my size.

karmaloop has great clothing and accesories to choose from and they never fails to to my orders on time & accurate. Although I highly recomend the Karmaloop app to save payment settings, it prolongs the proccess of the shoppers experiance and is somtimes frustrating repeatedly typing your card information every single time.

I've known about Karmaloop since I was a freshman in High school.
I'm 20 now and I'm really proud of how they've came a long ways, the site is great and has amazing underground clothing that isn't for your "typical" person.

They have a great staff, real nice and are there to answer your questions in a promptly fashion. not to mention they carry a lot of my favorite brands! KL also helps other underground fashion designers get their names out there!

They give back to the core which I admire a lot about them I respect the grind of Karmaloop and it's people, it's refreshing and very inspiring to myself. One of my all time favorite spots, RESPECT!!

Had bad experience with shipping. 3 shipment were lost on 3 separate orders.
Customer service was excellent though.  2 was refunded and 1 was resend but had to replace one item due to out of stock.
Made 2 new orders and hoping both went through with no problems.
