Horrible!

They took my money and delivered my item in a timely fashion. However, I ordered my item on 11/3/09 for Christmas and when I went to wrap the item, I realized it was going to be too small. I called on 12/13/09 and they told me it was not only too late to return the item, it was also too late to exchange it. I thought that their policy would be relaxed at Christmas but it is not. I will NEVER buy from this company again!!

Atrocious customer service. It's almost impossible to contact anyone (even by phone) at that company, and they shipped me the wrong item twice. It's been well over a month and they still haven't been able to give me any resolution on it. Not to mention that the website and the phone support is terrible.

Complete joke. Karmaloop sets online merchandising back 15 years. I received the wrong size so I sent it back. I was only able to reach customer service once and they gave me the run-around. I've given up, I'll eat the $40 but next time you consider Karmaloop you'd be a karmafool to place an order with them.

I purchased an item from them and received it within a normal amount of time. The item didn't fit, so I contacted them for a return authorization number. The sent me a label and I sent it back with delivery confirmation via USPS. Tracked the package and the USPS website said it was delivered 2 days later. Two weeks go by and I don't hear anything from Karmaloop. I call them and they tell me that they haven't received the package. I give them the tracking number so they can track it themselves and see that it has been delivered and they do this and still deny that they got it. They now will not give me my money back and tell me I must take the issue up with USPS. I call USPS and they told me it was delivered and out of their hands. So basically Karmaloop stole my money. End of story. Ironic name for a company. I hope Karma loops back to them and they all wind up in jail.

I placed an order on their website with overnight delivery. I chose all expedited shipping options including Saturday delivery. The shipping total was $45.00 alone. I emailed them many times even made phone calls and every time I was assured that my order was shipping soon. Twelve days later a partial order was shipped. The initial purchase was an outfit with pants shirt, jacket etc. They sent only parts making it not worthwhile at all. Who wants parts of an outfit? I wish they had of simply cancelled the order as I had requested many times throughout this ordeal. Never shop here! They have poor customer service that makes for an undesirable buying experience. This one company has made me want to steer clear of urban clothing purchases online.

My experience with Karmaloop has been terrible to say the least. I placed an order for a pair of boots only to attempt to cancel it within 5 minutes because the confirmation email stated the wrong size. I emailed customer service immediately and was pleased to see I got a speedy reply. However, the representative stated that my order could not be cancelled since it had already been "Accepted" and that once it was processed it would be shipped. I accepted these terms and just decided to wear heavy socks to compensate for the size issue. UNFORTUNATELY, a week went by and I had not even recieved a shipping confirmation so I emailed again to ask for an approximate shipping date. They got back to me saying that my order had been cancelled as per my request and there was nothing they could do. Shouldn't someone have told me it was cancelled? Shouldn't I have recieved money back? Now they are out of anything close to my size on the site and I am out a pair of snow boots to head back to college in for the winter months.

Karmaloop prides it's self with great customer serivce, yet their business practices are extremely unethical. I purchased several hundred dollars worth of merchandise over the span of 3 weeks, within the order there were some defective products and I ended up returning an item. I paid the shipping from Canada($25 out of my pocket) which I did not mind to recieve a store credit. The practice that Karmaloop follows is that they will issue you a store credit in the form of a PROMO code, but unfortunately for the unknowing customer you may ONLY use 1 promo code per purchase. The best thing about Karmaloop is that they always have promo codes on their site. So if you have store credit your forced to use your store credit at FULL price or pick the promo code. The credits are never applied because the promo codes are always better savings. As a consumer you should not have to choose between paying more vs paying the price for every other customer because you have a store credit. I will continue to spread the word about the unethcial practicies of Karmaloop that they impose on their unknowing customers.

My order page said I would get a 30% discount and free shipping. It then computed the discount and showed me my total. After I submitted the order, the billing page came back without the discount and a $7.95 shipping charge.
I contacted the seller via their Live Chat and was told that I didn't enter the promotional code. When I told him that I DID enter it and the order page adjusted my totals, he came back with there is no discount on that item. He then canceled my chat session. Total Ripoff!! Then I tried to cancel the order - 10 minutes after placing it. I've been told they'll get back to me. By the way, nobody answered the phone so I had to email my cancelation |

Great site. I was looking for a couple items of clothes and ended up buying more than I thought I would. Prices are fair; they have various items on sale. I found a 20% off coupon on www.karmaloopcoupons.com and that knocked a huge chunk off of my order total. Even though I chose ground shipping (the cheapest), my order came the very next day! Awesome service.

Good prices, fast and efficient ... but theres always a catch!
I placed an order with them and didnt realise delivery would cost me $30 for just one light weighted top, so cancelled order within 5 minutes of placing it. Received an email from them two days later stating they had dispatched the order anyway .. no apologies. I have spoken to them online, but never seemed to get anywhere, even contacted the manager .. still no reply. It now also seems that someone within the company is selling off our banking details, I have had transactions within my account which are fraudulent and one links to Colorado which is where Karmaloop is also based - doesnt take a genius to figure it all out. I am not the only one that this has happened to. Would not recommend this company to anyone - save your money and hassle. |

I dont know what those guys down there are talkin about... Thats rubbish, they have the fastest regular shipping ive ever seen, i just ordered and everything came in 2 days. Thats fast. Every other store comes in a week if im lucky.
And they have the NEWEST styles, the HOTTEST brands, with the BIGGEST selection anywhere ive seen! Its a great shopping experience seeing all of the new clothes. They have dozens of limited edition items... A This store was great! I bought a handbag for my girl, a few shirts and pairs of jeans for myself and used a coupon code... I saved almost 150 bucks!!! Its the main store i go to, They have all the fashion accessories you could ask for, with like a million brands lol. This company has never heard of the words CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I bought a jacket for my girl friend and when she opened it christmas morning it had pen on the front. Now over a month later (feb7) after writting an angry email wondering where the heck the replacment item was, I found out they are out of stock. Could they not have called us? or held the replacement jacket since it was an error on their part!? Not only did they disappoint us on christmas morning but again today when I have to tell my girlfriend the jacket she loved and couldn't wait to have back, will never be hers. |

They have this BS customer survey on their site that doesn't even work and since i went through the trouble of answering on of their questions i figured it should be posted somewhere.
3. How can we serve you better? By actually giving people what they want, i.e the right sizes or colors. Or better customer service, picking up once every month doesn't count. Updating the karmaloop site would also be a plus. So people aren't confused why you send them an email stating that you ran out of the jacket they purchased, meanwhile still have it on the site in the original size they asked for but karmaloop messed up on. Also don't assume that everyone wants store credit, give them the OPTION of a refund. Maybe they're fed up with your company's inability to fix simple problems. incompetence to serve your customers and a motto does not apply. |

I ordered four things. And the jacket i got was in the wrong size AND color. I tried to contact them and they only replied back with an automated answering system. Tried calling them two weeks in a row and FINALLY picked up. Got the steps to return the item and exchange. A MONTH passes and no news. They at LEAST returned the shipping money. Another week or so passes. I receive an email saying that my jacket was no longer available, i check on site and there before my very eyes is the jacket in the site i wanted. They automatically assumed I wanted store credit and gave that to me. I'm probably going to have to wait another 3 month just to get them to refund my money instead.
The store is great....if you get what you wanted to begin with, if not, you're in for one hell of a headache. |

I placed an order with Karmaloop and received the items quickly. However, one of the items they sent me was the wrong product. Since, it was their mistake for sending me the wrong product, I expected that they would pay for the return shipping. I contacted them via phone and email. No one answers their phone, they have an answering machine. What kind of business doesn't even have customer service telephone support?! I also emailed them but failed to get a response, so I just decided to return the product for an exchange for the correct item and paid for the return shipping. That was over 4 weeks ago. I have yet to hear back from them. According to their website, returns are processed within 4-6 days. I emailed them and never received a response. At this point I doubt I will get a refund or exchange in return. They basically ripped me off. I don't know what kind of crap service they have, but I WILL NEVER SHOP AT KARMALOOP AGAIN!!!

This was my first order from karmaloop and I was very happy. I ordered on Thursday and I got it Tuesday, but it was over a holiday weekend, so i was impressed. I am also very happy with my order and it was exactly like I had requested.

I've been ordering from Karmaloop periodically since 2002. Although the price of the merchandise is a little high, I really like the fact that when I'm at the grocery store, at a concert, or shopping I won't see someone walking past me with the same thing on. At times, Karmaloop will offer FREE SHIPPING and/or a FREE CD with an order. The unique line as well as free shipping (and other free gifts) are what keeps me ordering from Karmaloop.

I placed my order really early Saturday morning around 3am pst. I knew they would not even see the order until Monday at the earliest. Little did i know it was processed by early Monday morning, got confirmation and was given tracking number via email Tuesday afternoon. Email said to expect 4-7 business days for delivery. Got the package the next day Wednesday around 1pm pst. Just really impressed.
