I’ve shopped at Karmaloop about four times now, and I've really enjoyed my shopping experience with them. They always deliver my shipments within 7 days or less, and the packing is very well done. They always go the extra mile to make sure the package will be in good condition when it arrives, whether it's an extra box or more padding. None of my purchases have ever been damaged. The clothes have always been the correct size, and they never make a mistake with my order.
Actually, I remember when I accidentally placed the wrong "offer code" on my order last year. I wanted to put in the offer code they were offering for 20% off, instead of the one I got for $10 off my order. However, within one phone call, the guy fixed every thing for me, and it caused me no stress. They even send me follow-up emails to ask if every thing was just the way I wanted. Karmaloop definitely puts in a lot of effort to make sure their customers are satisfied, which is very rare for me to find these days. The people are really friendly, I love the deals, and I love the clothes I got from Karmaloop! Excellent job!
