I ordered a "set of 4" dolls, I even called to confirm it was 4, even though it plainly stated "set of 4". When my package arrived there was 1. When I called the company they tried to talk me into believing I was mistaken when "set of 4" was on the website, confirmation email, invoice, and so on. Finally they said they would refund my money & I could keep the doll. I would rather have had the 4 dolls, but I was tired of fighting this battle & agreed. After over 2 weeks & several phone calls I finally got my refund. They were rude & condescending every time I called, though I was very nice. I would NEVER shop there again.... EVER!

In my situation, the items became 'out of stock' and I was notified only a few days before Christmas. This was a HUGE deal because it was one of the few presents we could afford this year for our Son. I also paid for 2nd Day Air. The Site needs to be interactive and state if something is out-of-stock instead of waiting a few days before Christmas. Unacceptable. My item is supposed to arrive in February. I don't have a choice but to accept that... Yes, I am and will always be disappointed with this whole situation. As far as your question...would I shop at this merchant again. I said yes...but, ONLY after I confirmed the item WAS in stock and I could receive a Guarantee that it was, in fact, available. I hope to receive ample credit for what I am having to deal with here...

I contacted the company by email after the purchase on 12/6. As of 12/14 I have not received a response. This is very disappointing since the service I received up to that point was great.

Kaplan Toys was great for online shopping. The entire process went extremely well. The shipping was free, and everything came in one box shipped the day after I ordered. I will definitely shop at Kaplan Toys again!

One of the table legs was broken in the area where it connects to the top of the table. My husband was able to fix it and assemble it anyway. But still we would expect the better quality for the price we paid for this table & chair set.

I appreciate the fact that Kaplan Toys carries several products that you can't find at national toy store chains. Even though the box came 1 day after Christmas, it's ok. I'll wait to give the gifts at my kids' birthdays.
