Great selection at great prices. However, I soon learned they do not stock everything listed on their website. My flatware order,  heavy duty tongs, and all my Polar Ware items came from the manufacturer. This caused some delays, but only for 2 days. There was an exception on a large dinner fork that we both found it to be a special order item and the manufacturer was out. For the weekend they shipped me some regular dinner forks and I got them in time.

On another note- I absolutely love Polar Ware "The Edge" steam table pans and KaTom's price on them is great! After handling Vollrath and other brands, they either pinched or cut me. Not with "The Edge" pans as these are a dream to handle.

i had a great experience with this company and how great it was to get an actual person on the phone! i ordered a large piece of restaurant equipment and I was contacted the same day i placed my order with my freight truck tracking number. better yet, my commercial refrigerator arrived as promised and i will definitely be ordering from this company in the future.

i am already looking at purchasing a fryer battery and I have done a thorough comparison shopping and hands down katom has the best prices around as well as the most information. they have videos about fryer filtration and the information about energy savings you can get by choosing one model vs another. only though this site am i able to learn so much about the products i am looking to purchase. great site and great company!

I recently purchased some Anchor Hocking wine glasses from KaTom and felt compelled to write how satisfied I was with my entire ordering experience. First, the website was easy to use so I was quickly able to find exactly the right size of wine glass I was looking for and second, the customer service representive who called me to informme on a shipping issue (I had mistyped my zipcode), was very pleasant.

I ordered a cream whipper and was very pleased at the price and shipping.  KaTom had the lowest legitimate price that I could find (a couple websites offered it for a couple buck less but all the reviews for those sites complained about never receiving the items ordered) and reasonable shipping rates.  The best part was how quickly it arrived!  I ordered it on a Weds. and it shipped the next day!  I got it in less than a week, which isn't bad for basic UPS ground shipping.

ordered product 10/23; did not receive product and called about 10/26.(your deliveries, depending on product are usually very prompt. That is why I called after 3 days) service said they forgot to tell me it was on back order (?) Salesperson:Jeennifer, and that it would be about 7 days. Yesterday, 11/02 was 7 days and I have not received product. Have not even received an e mail so I could track it. Could not cancel order as I was told I would have to receive it first then send it back. Disappointing service! Jacob Albrecht

I like the wide variety of items available. I would like to see more supplies for bakers and more caterers supplies. I discovered you have more products than what is showing up online. You need to show everything online. Next things I am looking to purchase in the near future. A table on wheels that folds and fits into my car for catering. Baby changing table that doesn't cost an arm and a leg.

The item took over 10 days to be received and I was not notified of any delays when I placed the order or after the sale. Standard shipping should have arrived within 5 days if the item was in stock as indicated on the website.

Received a confirmation email of my order. In the email it included the ability to TRACK YOUR ORDER - however this is only useful once it has shipped. There is no ability to check the current status of your order on the merchant's website. I still haven't received the items ordered (that were shown to be in stock) - and no idea what their status is - or when/if they will even be delivered.

Katom is great. We buy most of our restaurant equipment from them. Their site's search engine could use improvement and it is difficult to find items previously ordered. I have to refer to orders stored on my computer. Other than that, no problems.
