I ordered both the WearEver 13 gauge pans and the 68085 cookie sheets from Katom based on ratings from Cooks Illustrated. I have never experienced such poor service from a company. They did have the cheaper price but as they say "you get what you pay for". The pans seemed fine but I must say I never got a chance to use them. After I placed my order and ever after waiting the "48 hours" for my order to be in their system, they had no record of my order. They did charge my card and when I contacted customer service I was given an incorrect tracking number. The day they said I should receive goods I didn't. I was starting to get nervous and the next day it was delivered with a DIFFERENT tracking number. After all the back and forth with Elana and Mike in their customer service and returns department nothing was done for my order but "you got your order, have a nice day". I order online a lot and when I place an order I receive an order confirmation, then when the order ships I receive a notice with my tracking number or an email telling me it shipped and a link to track it. This company had no record of my order and for being an online retailer in 2011 I find it sketchy. Pay a little more and use a better company. I returned my products. When I asked for an RMA they asked me if I had the original box and packing materials. I asked for the RMA the day after the delivery based on their service. I responded that I still had the box and the packing paper it came with. Strange questions from a strange company.
UPDATE 08/10/11: Bebe, the customer service manager finally refunded me my shipping charges of $11.01. I did tell them I would never order from them again and I mean that. Be weary of ordering here if you do and read their return policy. They have a VERY HIGH restocking fee.
