Very easy to place order and understand process. So far so good, hopefully, my order will come as planned. And it did. Right on time. Everything in the order was correct and received in good shape. I get a large range of products as to Air Conditioners and prices and I love the compare feature. They also had the best price on the web for the unit I purchased. Thanks for making this easy.I like the price break down, Price - tax - shipping = final price, nice to not be tricked into something that you pay more in shipping for then if you bought a slightly higher priced piece with free shipping.
