Delivery time and subpar customer service

At order time product was listed as in stock. Hours later, product has vanished from KBtoys' web site. Not out of stock, just a non-existent product! Three days later their customer service still cannot confirm if product was in stock at time of order, so if they'll ship it or not! An email one day later, claims that they have actually shipped it "standard" via Airborne. Standard shipping with KBtoys turns out to mean that items are shipped via Airborne and USPS; that is first shipped ground via Airborne to a US Post office in your area, and then redelivered to the shipping address by USPS. No guarantee, no signature, no tracking from US Post office to final destination! And no warning at time of ordering...
