I ordered my flowers from JustFlowers.com in plenty of time for them to be delivered prior to Mother's Day, figuring I would avoid the rush.  Not only did they not get them there on the day I requested, they were not even there by Mother's Day!  I was so sad because I consider my Mom to be one of my best friends in the world. JustFlowers.com did nothing to resolve my concern.  I sat on the phone for hours each day; they kept telling me they would deliver them.  I couldn't believe they didn't send so much as a courtesy email letting me know the flowers had not been delivered on the date they were supposed to arrive.  They didn't even email or call me when they agreed to deliver them the following day and they still didn't arrive.  Both the delivery (which I feel was the responsibility of JustFlowers.com) and the customer service were terrible.
Do yourself a favor, do what I didn't.  Do research first to make sure it's a reputable company with good reviews or call around yourself.  It may seem like it takes more time, but I can assure you, it will take you less time in the long run and the flowers will actually get there on time.JustFlowers.com is supposed to be a time-saving, ease-of order type of company that gives you a wide array of arrangements from which to choose.  Yet I chose an arrangement, they didn't even end up having the exact one I ordered, so they just decided not to deliver it when they said they would.  They offer nothing close to the time-saving and easy experience they promise.
