The worse customer service and return policy ever!

I ordered flowers for my sister who just came home from a hospital stay. I ordered a basket of flowers and when she received them she said she was going to call the flower shop. I placed a call back to Justflowers and was told the policy was to exchange the arrangement out. My sister called the florist and was told they would redeliver that afternoon since that was their policy. The next day I spoke to my sister and asked if they came to swap out the flowers and she told me no, which really infuriated me more. I placed another call to Justflowers and was disappointed to find that the customer service representative was so rude. They pay this florist to represent them and they obviously do not make Justflowers look good but he didn't seem to care. He was nasty and called the flower shop and insisted they tried to deliver the flowers at 2:45 but no one was home and he left a note to call when they are home to redeliver. I again, let him know my sister was stuck home with a broken nose unable to leave the house and that no only was she home but so was my nephew at that point. He talked down to me asking "why I ordered from them if I didn't like their return policy". I could not believe this customer service representative would talk to a customer in this manner. I was honest with him and stated that I did not read the return policy because I had never heard of an even exchange when it came to flowers. I was not looking for a full refund but I was disappointed that I did not get what I paid for. I once again talked to my sister who said she called the local flower shop who delivered the flowers and the same woman she spoke to the day before was now a little nasty with her insisting her driver stated no one was home and a note was left. My sister, broken nose and all was now having to deal with this woman. The woman asked again is she would be home now on day two and my sister once again told her she will, since she is home bound for the next few days. My sister then realized she received another delivery yesterday from a different company the day prior when she supposedly was not home at 2:30, just minutes before their delivery person claimed she was not home. I again called Justflowers and asked to speak to a Supervisor since the more I thought about the situation and the previous customer service rep I spoke with I had to call. I spoke with a very nice person this time and she seemed disappointed with the situation. I again stated, they trust this florist to represent then and they are not holding up their end of the bargain to make them look good. She said she will contact the florist to see if they will agree to some form of a refund, "usually it is only $10 or so". I told her I will not accept less then $20 or they can use up their gas in their van at $3.50 NY prices to redeliver what I paid for. She also explained she will have a Supervisor call me back later with an answer. I am still dealing with the problem for 2 days now, we will see how long it will go on. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO ELSE WHERE TO ORDER FLOWERS!!!
