Please consumers I urge you not to do business with this company. This company does not deliver, and in addition they do not refund your money in a timely manner. My nightmare was on Valentines Day when I ordered flowers, balloons, and a teddy bear for my husband. All which never was received, they had the nerve to e-mail me and say they ran out of Quality flowers and would be happy to deliver the next day. Of course I declined, the flowers were for Valentines day, then in response to my decline to deliver the day after Valentines day they asked what if we waive the delivery charge ($10.00 dollars), come on the flowers were $145.00, I again declined. My husband and I spent the next seven days calling back in forth for my refund in which they promised would be charged back to my visa card within the next 2-3 business days. Oh, and did I mention that no one ever answered the Customer Service line, it would just ring or give us a busy signal. They would only respond to my e-mails. They did not even call me on Valentines day to make me aware that my husband would not be receiving the flowers. They e-mailed, and I was at work so who has time to read e-mails all day if they are working. These people are just a total rip-off to say the least. This was my first and last experience with them. You would think they would value their customers. Next time I will deal directly with my area florist, and you should too. Because basically that is all they are doing is calling the nearest florist in the delivery area, and over charging the consumers to do so. And they have the nerve to have poor customer service, and no reliability skills.
