I purchased a Gucci bag from Jomashop. I don't know if it is authenic or not. I don't think it is. I asked to return it w/i 30 days, however February is a short month so they count by months not days.
I would NOT recommend buying for Jomashop. If one must have designer goods, please go to a retailer  who has a decent return policy, and purchase the items, it may cost more, but in the long run you will know you have purchased authentic goods. I'm really tired of poor customer service. I would rather have nothing than be treated poorly when I'm spending MY money.

Jomashop.com is a terrible business.  They shipped me a defective watch and when I tried to return it, they wouldn't let me, claiming that the item was defective.  They failed to recognized that the item was defective from the start. After I gave them a poor review on amazon.com, they emailed me and said that if I retracted my review, the would give me a refund.  After I retracted my unfavorable review, they then refused to give me a refund! Terrible customer service, terrible online experience, terrible waste of time.  They lied and went back on their word.  I recommend you never shop at this business and warn your friends as well.  I hope Amazon.com recognizes that they are endorsing a crooked site and remove them from their list of sellers.

Placed an order with them on Feb 4th for an "In Stock" watch. Received an email the following day explaining that the watch had been backordered for 7-14 days.

On Feb 19th, not having received any updates, I emailed to ask about the status. They said it was scheduled to ship on Feb 23rd. Cool.

Having still received no updates, I emailed them again on Feb 26th asking about the status of my order. Twelve hours later I received an order cancellation notice explaining that the watch is no longer available.

That would have been good information THREE WEEKS AGO!!!

I ORDERED A BREITLING NAVITMER WATCH FROM THEM ON TUESDAY , I received the watch on wednesday, they gave me free shipping the watch is brand new of course, I was a bit skeptical at first as this watch is expensive and i was nervous about spending a lot of money without seeing the watch, the salesperson, anyone. I called and spoke with Mr Rich ( what a name!, he said yes thats his name but he was not the owner) he assured me, not to worry as Jomashop is reputable and honest.

Jomashop offered a Swiss Army Watch at a great price. Everything went smoothly as far as purchase and delivery, but less than two weeks later, the watch's leather band started cracking badly. I had not worn it even 10 times yet; so either it was really old or made from subpar material. I contacted Jomas twice; once by e-mail and once by phone, to see if I could exchange for another identical watch since there was obviously some kind of defect in the material of the one they sent. They have not even bothered replying to me. Their website clearly states wristbands are not covered, but as the customer, this problem is absolutely no fault of mine. It's gonna cost me $50 to get a new band. The watch at the great price turned out to be not so great after all. Thanks for nothing Jomashop. BEWARE!!!!

I purchased a wonderful Citizen Eco Drive Titanium Skyhawk form JOMASHOP and I could not be more happy with both the watch and the level of service I received from JOMASHOP. They exceeded my expectations in both pricing and service. I would highly recommend using them. I received the watch even faster than I was told. Be careful when purchasing from Jomashop. Read the fine print about their return policies. They will hit you for 8% restocking fee. I bought a high-end watch from them and it was not factory original. I had it checked out by authorized dealers. I tried to returned it and they make it difficult for you to return it. They finally let me return it because I disputed it with my credit card company. But they still slap you with 8% restocking fee. For a $10000 watch - thats $800 stolen out of the pocket. I would avoid this vendor.

I would highly suggest NOT purchasing from this shop! I bought a watch and the next day I found it cheaper, they have a VAGUE price matching and wont match unless the site offers exactly the same shipping price and warranty, it's a sham so they can claim price matching! I tried reaching a supervisor, I got a 1st response then 7 more unaswered and just unhappy! I would NEVER buy from them again, their sales rep was rude to me and told me that I should have shopped around better before making my purchase, so the customer is not always right at jomashop.com. In conclusion, I am in sales myself and know how to treat a customer and how Paramount return customers and referrals are, but they are too big for their britches!
I am not a bitter complainer, rather a very unhappy and unsatified customer and jomashop does not even have the curtesousy to get back to its customer!

Order placed via internet on jan 22, 2009. Watch stated as "in stock." Orders are supposed to ship same day if received before 1:30 EST. This order was received by Jomashop and i received order confirmation sent to my email address. Never received shipping info. Contacted Jomashop after several days of trying to get threw there busy phone lines.Was told that the watch was out of stock and they would not know if they would be getting any more. No one contacted me to advise me of this. JOMASHOP IS A BIG SCAM AND ALL PERSONS THINKING OF PURCHASING FROM THEM SHOULD BE VERY CAREFUL,Just dont! So many bad reviews and such bad customer service makes me wonder if the watches they sell are even real. Phones are always busy and hard to get connected and when you do it sounds as if it is answered by an answering service for an individual. Any legitimate company would reorder for there customers. Would NEVER ! NEVER ! Never ! recommend Jomashop for anyone to shop there.

Jomashop.com has great discounts, but read their return policy VERY carefully. Also, I called their customer service to exchange the watch I got and she was extremely short with me eventhough I was asking to exchange it, which they were fine with doing. The only concern I brought up to them is that the watch I purchased was advertised as a mens watch when in fact, on other sites, it is sold as a boys watch. So of course it didn't fit my husband. I asked for free shipping to send it back since I felt they advertised it wrong. I also asked that if they didn't want to do that, at least consider changing the way it was listed so others wouldn't make the same mistake I did. The response I got from their Returns Manager was "You ordered the correct watch". So basically, I got the watch I wanted at a slightly lower price, but in my opinion, it wasn't worth the hassle and the poor customer service.

This place is a total ripoff. They sent me the POLAR watch, for which I spent $300. 1) On their ad it says that it comes with the IR adapter. It did not come with that. Even when I called about this misrepresentation in their ad, they knew it was wrong months ago and have never corrected it. The sales person had to put me on hold to even determine if their amazon ad was correct or not. 2) On top of that, it had a dead battery when it arrived. I got refund, but had to pay shipping charges for the return. This is BS. DO not trust this company, they misrepresent what they supply, and when the product arrives in substandard shape, they DO not take responsibility for it. But it from POLAR or straight from whomever is making your product. It is so easy to buy from a trusted seller. AVOID

Firstly I doubted if the watch is authentic because the price is much lower than I found in the department store. I ordered an Omega mid-size quartz "Seamaster," watch (1030 dollars) from Jomashop. The watch was authentic, but lacked the usual factory warranty, because Jomashop is not an "authorized dealer." Jomashop states that they warranty the watch, but I have not had any opportunity to check this.  The watch arrived 7 days after purchase, and was in perfect condition with all papers and a nice Omega box. I have had the watch for about 10 days, and it is working perfectly. It is a very nice watch. I was a initially a bit nervous about this purchase, but I would probably buy a watch again from Jomashop. They gave me a very considerable savings on a nice watch.

I ordered a watch from Jomashop waited for delivery, it never came. So I decided to give them a call. They had sent it to the wrong address. I originally gave them the correct address and it was clearly their mistake. I said no problem go ahead and send it again. Well, they charged me shipping not only the first delivery attempt but charged me again to redeliver the watch. I contacted the store and asked for the shipping back on the original delivery the owner said  "It's just a small amount of money don't worry about it." 
In other words I had to eat the shipping for both deliveries. 
By the way shipping was 5.99 each time.

BUYER BE WARE! If you do have any problems with Jomashop your screwed. There costumer service sucks.

I ordered a Tissot T-race chronograph as a Christmas gift. The watch arrived with a hairline crack in the carbon fiber watch case.  When I reported this to Jomashop, they said I was not entitled to a refund and suggested that I file a claim against UPS!!!

Beware of doing business with this company.  The prices are great, but customer service is poor and they do not stand behind their products.

Against the advice of friends, some who are in the Jewelry business, I purchased a Rolex watch from Jomashop.com online.  After receiving my watch, to my delight, they were wrong.  The Rolex is new, much less expensive than I could have gotten it for anywhere in Miami, and was shipped immediately.  Also, I had originally charged the watch, and when calling, in order to negotiate a better price I had to make a wire transfer, and count on them to immediately credit my Visa....again, against my friends' advice, but all went very smoothly, with Jomashop.com keeping their promise.  When something seems to good to be true, it's Jomashop.  I'm a very satisfied customer, and very happy to have dealt with them.  They are legit, and they will have my business in the future.  they have proven to me to be extremely professional and responsive, and give you a real value.  It's like going to a fine jewelry store in person, except it's online.
