I was searching for a good pen with a brand easily recognized to use for business. Towards that end, a Montblanc was the ideal choice.
These pens are usually very overpriced. In my search, Jomashop had easily the best price I could find. The purchase was smooth, delivery was prompt, and the product was perfect and delivered as promised. I'd highly recommend this merchant. |

Jomashop was excellent: I spoke to them on the phone regarding availability of an item & they said it could be shipped the next day. I received the item accurately & quickly in perfect condition and great packaging. I thank JOmashop and my parents for this wonderful Rado watch w the diamonds.

The watch was shipped and received quite timely, however the watch only worked for about 3 days before (what appears to be) the battery failed. Jomashop said to take it to my nearest authorized Tag-heuer dealer and they would change the battery and Jomashop would re-emberse me. My lical dealer said they would have to send it to Tag and it would be at least 4 weeks.
So I am on week 3 without my Christmas present, and I can only hope it is just the battery. |

I was quite pleased with the delivery speed of Jomashop.com. I placed my order on the morning of Dec.22 and received my package on my doorstep the following afternoon ( in time for Christmas). The price I paid was the best I could find on the internet. Retail stores could not even come close to Jomashop's price. I am very satisfied and would likely use Jomashop again should the need arise.

I ordered a crystal bowl as a wedding gift in mid-September. I was advised that the item was on backorder 6-10 weeks. I followed up with an e-mail in October and was given a ship date of November 21. As of December 16 the item hasn't been delivered, I've received no information its status, the vendor's phone is busy or routes me to voice mail and I receive e-mail solicitations almost every week from them. I wouldn't recommend purchasing online from Jomashop if service and timeliness are important.

The price was great, and their web site said the ring in the size of my wife was in-stock. So I ordered one a month before our anniversary. But it took almost two months for me to get the ring, even though they subtracted the full money from my credit card on the same day I ordered. I¡¯ve sent emails more than 5 times, but they never answered. I¡¯ve called to the customer service number more than 10 times, but it was a joke. They always made me wait me long time and sometimes hung up while I was talking. The manager was very rude too. They just seamed used to it.
After all, after way passed our anniversary, the diamond ring was arrived, but I was disappointed from its quality; the overall shape and detail of the ring and the diamond itself were much worse than they looked in the web-site. I hoped to refund it but didn¡¯t tried because I didn¡¯t want to have another long nightmare. Conclusion: Avoid this merchant! There are lots of nice internet merchants with common sense. |

Thank for the powers of websites like Jomashop.com, they offer all kinds of things at very good prices. I bought many items from them and never had any problem except for the one time that UPS left the box at my door, though that was not Jomi's fault. I reccomend to all my friends and acquaintances that this is the real deal, awebsite that is committed to save for the customer. This is the first time I am writing a review!

This merchant called me and verbally attacked me because of the negative review I wrote about them (see below). Not only are they deceitful, but they are also tryrannical.
When I purchased my item at Jomashop, they claimed to have it in stock; however, I did not receive my item for three weeks. After the first week of waiting, I checked the status of my order online. It had not shipped, so I called their customer service dept. Their customer service rep told me that my order was on back order and that I would not receive it for two more weeks. I do not like deception. :( |

i purchased a 5200.00 watch from jomashop. it was sent on time, however it was defective.. the watch was returned and after many unanswered calls and emails i my credit card was finally credited. four months later my card was mysteriously rebilled with a new transaction date for the same amount.. once again my calls and emails have been ignored and now the matter is in the hands of the credit card company and my lawyer. i would never recomend this company to anyone!

Ordered a watch on 12/15/2004 - said would go out 12/17 or 12/20-- today 12/22 after many calls and different versions of what is going on.. the watch is still not in their shop to mail. Even if were to come in 12/23 they would not overnight to me.. wanted another $20.
Customer service almost impossible to get through to. Annoying answering machine that tells you to hang up and try later. They do not answer their emails.. so forget that way of getting to them. They really do not care.. and represent the worst of the New York City Jewelery business |

BE CAREFUL!!! I attempted to buy a watch from Jomashop because of the price they offered it at and what I read in the reviews. I did the online purchase using my credit card and it appeared to work fine. The next day, I got an email from them stating that 'The watch was no longer in stock'. I thought ok, no problem, they don't have them. I did a search that evening again for the watch, only to find them with the ad for the exact same watch, but with the price raised $90. Somewhat surprised, I emailed them asking them what the story was (remember! they said they were out of stock on that watch!). They came back and instead told me they couldn't sell the watch for that price. WHY DIDN'T THEY TELL ME THAT IN THE FIRST PLACE INSTEAD OF SAYING THEY WERE OUT OF STOCK? They made no attempt to clarify or rectify what was clearly a misleading situation.

I ordered an Omega watch from them and they delivered it on time. Unfortunately the watch lost about two hours per day. I sent it back for repair and they forgot that they had it, then could not find it, then sent it back unrepaired!
So I spent hours trying to get it fixed and spending my money to UPS it back to them three times. They eventually advised that they had trouble "with their repair guy" and that they would now send it to official Omega service. They refused to answer my questions about their warranty or service policies. Customer Service is heinous and non-existent. |

I had an excellent experience with jomashop.com. After reading some reviews, like others, I was skeptical but since I planned to order with a credit card, I did not hesitate. I called to check availability, spoke with a polite representative and found that the item was available. I promptly ordered online and paid for 5.95 ground UPS shipping. I received 2 emails later that day; one email indicated my order was being processed and the next several hours later indicated (like the website states) the item shipped that day. I tracked the item the next morning but to my surprise, received the item that afternoon! Within about 30 hours from ordering, I had the item in my hand! I was astonished. The item was also exactly as described and in perfect condition! DO NOT HESITATE. This comes from someone who doesn't like to order much online and is a bit skeptical but this was easy and fast.

Be afraid...be very afraid! My experience with Jomashop was absolutely horrifying! To make a long story short, here are the basics...ordered a watch..they sent a watch that was very similar to the one I ordered but was $100 cheaper but charged me for the more expensive watch(maybe they hoped I wouldn't notice)..I sent it back...they told me it would take 2 weeks to process the order..by the way, their customer service is TERRIBLE!!!!! I said I wanted a refund instead..they said they hadn't received my returned watch(I had the UPS tracking detail that said it was delivered-HA!)...they said it would take 2 weeks to get a refund..I said I don't think so and disputed it with my credit card...2 weeks later, a box was delivered to me from the Jomashop and I refused the delivery..it must have been the correct watch..they ended up charging me $9 for the shipping of the correct watch that I refused...I just wanted a refund and not to deal with them anymore! Still dealing with them as I will get my $9 back(it is the principle of the matter). Don't put yourself through this turmoil, please!!!!

I purchased a watch in October 2003 for $1800 through Jomashop. The order process went fine but the watch stopped working properly in December 2003 (less than two months after purchase). I returned it for repair on 12/30/03. It is now 3/25/04 and the watch has not yet been returned. When I call their office, the staff is unable to tell me where the watch is or when I will get it back. One representative told me that the one person who handles repairs is on vacation and I should call back next week. It seem suspicious that the one and only person who can locate my watch is out of the office and no one else can help me. During two previous phone calls I was assured I would have the watch within 48 hours but it never showed up. I am extremely frustrated and will not be using Jomashop again in the future.

I just had a great experience with Jomashop. I called them yesterday to verify that they had in stock the altimeter/barometer watch I was looking for. I placed the order at around noon, and by 5PM it had already shipped. The watch arrived today in perfect condition and in the evening I was already wearing it.
Their shipping rates are high - $38 for next day air in this case - but in the end the total was still more than $100 cheaper than at Amazon and other retailers selling this same item. Speaking of Amazon... Because I had never heard of Jomashop before and because of the negative reviews of it posted in this same forum, I initially decided to go the "safe" way and order this watch from Amazon. Almost two weeks later it hadn't shipped yet, even with the item showing on their catalog as "in stock". I got frustrated with their ineffective customer support and finally canceled the order and placed the new one with Jomashop. What a difference! |

I found areal good deal at Jomashop.com for a Cartier watch. I got a friend in the USA to order for me, he got an order confirmation back. The next day I paid my bank $35 for a USA dollar check to my friend and posted it. The next day they emailed and said the watch was no longer available. ! week later it is still in stock and available on their web site. At no time did they say the watch was not available. Usual old trick to bait you in. I suggest that you do not do business with Jomashop.com I will not be.

JomaShop and JomaCrystal was the worst experience I've ever had with any merchant. They repeatedly blatantly lied to me about my order. They falsified shipping data. Their "free shipping" does not exist. Their customer service (when it existed at all) was atrocious. They are very rude over the phone and even hung-up on me. Their attitude seems to be "ha ha we screwed you fair and square" and "the customer is always wrong". Stay away from this scam outfit.

I purchased an Omega Seamaster. I cited that I needed the watch within 2 days, thus I paid for 2nd Day Air. I called to confirm that this would not be a problem and was told that it would ship that day via 2nd Day Air. I tracked the order and saw that it didn't ship as promised. Customer Service then agreed to ship it via Next Day Air with no additional charge to me. I received the watch on time and the enclosed invoice indicated the correct price. When I received my credit card statement the next month, however, they ended up charging me for the Next Day Air delivery. I called customer service and after some haggling, got them to credit my account as appropriate. If you don't need the watch in a hurry, jomashop.com offers the lowest price and free delivery. If you need the watch within a few days however, track your order via the internet and stay on top of customer service.
