I purchased the Michele classic deco watch and couldn't be happier. It is a neat looking watch and very different from what I usually wear.  The quality is definitely there plus it is a  very stylish watch. I know I will enjoy wearing this. I view it as more of a daytime everyday watch. It is a large, heavier watch, but the oversized watches are very popular nowadays. The only thing I was disappointed with as far as customer service was I did not receive notification of delivery of the watch until the day before it arrived. I did find the information in my order so I then knew it had been shipped. I did receive the watch one week from the day I placed the order.

I bought a Rado Original Watch from Jomashop through Amazon.com in June 2009. I was tempted by the lowest price and the authenticity claim of the watch. I paid about CAD$910.00 for this watch including shipping and taxes. The shipment reached well before my expectation. I was happy of their delivery speed. Now the problem starts here. The screw down crown mechanism went off within a month. Now I wonder whether the watch was authentic. I communicated with the customer service but I found that I would be sending back the watch by paying again the shipment (double in the case of repair) and then repair charges that may cost me a lot. So, I did not save anything by making this deal instead I wasted my 910 bucks. I do not wear this watch anymore. I feel very bad about the purchase. Now I came to the conclusion that one should buy such kind of expensive items only from the authentic stores/dealers no matter if they are expensive. At least one will be satisfied afterwards. I got nothing except regrets.

This is my second time ordering from Jomashop.com, and could not be happier. The watch is beautiful, just like the pictures at Jomashop. Super fast shipping, and great customer service as usual. I can't wait to buy another watch from Jomashop. I always recommend this site to all my friends. The Ironclad warranty is second to none, even better than waiting for months if you use the original manufacturer's warranty. When I need something fixed, I need it yesterday. Luckily, I have never had to use Jomashop warranty because the watches they sell are superb. I give Jomashop FIVE STARS again !!!

Product was shipped in the time frame stated and was in perfect condition.  I missed the delivery person and needed the item before the holiday weekend arrived.  The customer service representative (Joe) did everything he could to help make an arrangement with the delivery company, however, I was not able to get the item before the weekend.  I do not hold it against the customer service rep, as I said, he did everything he possibly could.  Very satisfied with all aspects of the purchase.

Excellent from beginning to end!  I first compared prices with other sites and in physical stores and Jomashop was the best value--56% off of retail with no shipping and no tax! (They also carried poducts that are hard to find...perhaps more popular items?)  The product was a Movado watch.  I ordered it on a Wednesday afternoon and it was on my doorstep by the following Monday morning.  Amazing!  The site was very easy to negotiate. I was given immediate feedback via email as to its availability and when it was sent. I was a bit concerned that Jomashop was a valid site, so I checked with the Better Business Bureau (on-line) and they concurred that Jomashop was accredited. I also read reviews and found positive responses.   I can't say enough positive things about my experience! 
As well, the product was brand new as stated and in the original box with authentication.  There was protective covering over the glass and stainless portions of the watch and it arrived in the original decorator box.  It was oobvious that it was an original product and never used or refurbished!  Again, I am amazed at my experience and am recommending Jomashop to all of my friends!

DO NOT BUY FROM JOMASHOP. I made the mistake of buying a $2500 Omega Seamaster automatic watch from them and am having an impossible time getting a return completed. The watch they sent arrived late and died after a week. I spent $200 shipping it back insured and intact and after 2-3 weeks, they refused to accept it, citing signs of wear and sent photos suggesting that the bracelet was modified and missing pieces. I feel like I'm dealing with some NY con artists. This is the ONLY bad internet experience I've had, and I would AVOID this merchant (and their alter ego watchsavings.com) at all costs. I am warning the public and the BBB. STAY AWAY from these people- they're bad news!

I purchased a Tissot watch from Jomashop for my wife's bday. It was approx. 35% cheaper than the local / reputable jeweler in Nashua, NH. Why pay more at the local jeweler when I can get the *SAME* watch at Jormashop. I would rather have the money in my pocket. The only thing I had to do was have my wife take the watch to a local jeweler to have is sized, but it was a small cost.

Delivery was slow. Ordered on a Thursday. Didn't ship until a Monday. 
Careful of returns they are VERY slow. Takes 6 to 10 days to get returns thru their mail room according to customer service. That's incredibly slow! 
Order accuracy first time was wrong. Sent wrong item. Not sure what will happen second time around. 

Customer Service: When you call they are not helpful and not interested in helping you. They need many lessons in making the customer service.

Price was very good if I would have received the correct item.

My experience with Jomashop has been positive I purchased a Casio Waveceptor Atomic Solar watch and had it in 6 days via the USPS which is not bad from N.Y.C. to St.Louis all the manuals and boxes were intact along with a Jomashop warranty card and everything was well packed. this was my first purchase from them and it won't be my last.I look forward to purchasing other time pieces from them in the furture and I hope the experience will be just as positive for me. It was great! The customer service was wonderful. They help me with what I wanted, found the watch I was looking for then told me the price, nobody could beat the price! I ordered a Citizen Promaster SST from Jomashop at almost 50% off retail.  The cheapest I could find in stores and Amazon was 25% off reatil, plus sales tax if bought locally.  This came to a total price difference of almost $200 (w/tax).  The differance is the Jomashop watch is not eligible to be sold with a Citizen-backed 5 year warranty because it's sold at a greater than 25% discount.  But they provide a 5 year warranty through their shop instead.  I've owned other Citizen Eco-drives and never had a problem with them, so this isn't a big deal to me.  Plus, I can't see paying an extra $200 to warranty a watch that's been discounted down to $368 (from $695 retail).  It arrived within a couple days with all factory case, booklets, etc included and is definately brand new and exactly what I expected.  I will shop with them again.

It is very bad experience by ordering from this vendor which mailed me used (or returned) watch but its web site says the product is brand new. Even worse, the watch has several pieces removed from bracelet so that it is too small in size to fit my wife's wrist. I called to ask an exchange and got a return authorization number. But I had not been contacted for two weeks since I mailed the watch back. After I called customer support twice, I was told by a return dept. manager in email as the watch bracelet was modified by myself and I will not get exchange. It is big lie and dishonest statement by this man. It is terrible business!

Ordered a tag carrera- they were cheapest online, there was an issue with UPS (got lost), Jomashop took care of all issues and i had  the watch 4 days after i ordered even thou it got lost thru UPS. Great customer service, very helpful and reliable and would definetly recommend.
