It was great! The customer service was wonderful. They help me with what I wanted, found the watch I was looking for then told me the price, nobody could beat the price! I saved over 35%, I called 10 stores nobody could come close to Jomashop.com price. I ordered a Citizen Promaster SST from Jomashop at almost 50% off retail.  The cheapest I could find in stores and Amazon was 25% off reatil, plus sales tax if bought locally.  This came to a total price difference of almost $200 (w/tax).  The differance is the Jomashop watch is not eligible to be sold with a Citizen-backed 5 year warranty because it's sold at a greater than 25% discount.  But they provide a 5 year warranty through their shop instead.  I've owned other Citizen Eco-drives and never had a problem with them, so this isn't a big deal to me.  Plus, I can't see paying an extra $200 to warranty a watch that's been discounted down to $368 (from $695 retail).  It arrived within a couple days with all factory case, booklets, etc included and is definately brand new and exactly what I expected.  I will shop with them again.

It is very bad experience by ordering from this vendor which mailed me used (or returned) watch but its web site says the product is brand new. Even worse, the watch has several pieces removed from bracelet so that it is too small in size to fit my wife's wrist. I called to ask an exchange and got a return authorization number. But I had not been contacted for two weeks since I mailed the watch back. After I called customer support twice, I was told by a return dept. manager in email as the watch bracelet was modified by myself and I will not get exchange. It is big lie and dishonest statement by this man. It is terrible business!

Ordered a tag carrera- they were cheapest online, there was an issue with UPS (got lost), Jomashop took care of all issues and i had  the watch 4 days after i ordered even thou it got lost thru UPS. Great customer service, very helpful and reliable and would definetly recommend.

Jomashop sold me a fake Montblanc pen that arrived without an installled tip. When I returned it for a refund, Jomashop deducted shipping charges from my refund. Their customer service department was clueless and offered no explanation of the fake and damaged product.

I'm extremely pleased with a recent order from Jomashop.com.  I searched around for the best price for matching male/female Movado watches and found the best at Jomashop.com. The website is easy to use and provided good views of the products. Notification of order status was perfect, and shipping was astonishing.  I never expected overnight delivery with free shipping.  I own several Movados and the merchandise quality was just as expected with the usual packaging.  I cannot imagine a better on-line shopping experience.

Man, Jomashoip is herendous! Worst customer service ever! First,  they never respond to emails. 2cnd, you will be lucky to even get through by phone without that annoying message stating "Thank You for Calling Jomashop. All our agnents are busy. Please try your call again later." How unprofessional! I was lucky to get through one time. I waited a good 15 minutes only to hear that dreadfull "Please try you  call again later" message! And I havet even bought anything from them yet!!! They must have one person answering the phones

I’m impressed with delivery speed, order accuracy but really disappointed in store online communication.   I received the flaw merchandise.  Sent 2 complaint e-mails regarding this item, never ever heard anything from customer service.   Overall satisfaction either on product or customer service is none.  Buyer please read a fine print of store's return policy before purchasing.

I purchased a Gucci bag from Jomashop. I don't know if it is authenic or not. I don't think it is. I asked to return it w/i 30 days, however February is a short month so they count by months not days.
I would NOT recommend buying for Jomashop. If one must have designer goods, please go to a retailer  who has a decent return policy, and purchase the items, it may cost more, but in the long run you will know you have purchased authentic goods. I'm really tired of poor customer service. I would rather have nothing than be treated poorly when I'm spending MY money.

Jomashop.com is a terrible business.  They shipped me a defective watch and when I tried to return it, they wouldn't let me, claiming that the item was defective.  They failed to recognized that the item was defective from the start. After I gave them a poor review on amazon.com, they emailed me and said that if I retracted my review, the would give me a refund.  After I retracted my unfavorable review, they then refused to give me a refund! Terrible customer service, terrible online experience, terrible waste of time.  They lied and went back on their word.  I recommend you never shop at this business and warn your friends as well.  I hope Amazon.com recognizes that they are endorsing a crooked site and remove them from their list of sellers.

Placed an order with them on Feb 4th for an "In Stock" watch. Received an email the following day explaining that the watch had been backordered for 7-14 days.

On Feb 19th, not having received any updates, I emailed to ask about the status. They said it was scheduled to ship on Feb 23rd. Cool.

Having still received no updates, I emailed them again on Feb 26th asking about the status of my order. Twelve hours later I received an order cancellation notice explaining that the watch is no longer available.

That would have been good information THREE WEEKS AGO!!!

I ORDERED A BREITLING NAVITMER WATCH FROM THEM ON TUESDAY , I received the watch on wednesday, they gave me free shipping the watch is brand new of course, I was a bit skeptical at first as this watch is expensive and i was nervous about spending a lot of money without seeing the watch, the salesperson, anyone. I called and spoke with Mr Rich ( what a name!, he said yes thats his name but he was not the owner) he assured me, not to worry as Jomashop is reputable and honest.
