I ordered an Omega Seamaster Professional Quartz watch from Jomashop three days before Christmas. The web site guaranteed that they could get the watch to me before Christmas. I found that hard to believe;however,I wanted the watch by Christmas. After ordering I began surfing the web and found some negative reviews of Jomashop. Because of this I began to worry that I would not receive my watch in time or that it may be counterfeit.
That was not the case. When I called Jomashop the representatives were polite, helpful and patient with me. I spoke to three different representatives on three different occasions and each time I was treated very professionally. The last representative I spoke with gave me a tracking number and by the time I put it into the computer, the watch was at my door. I was very impressed at how quickly I received the package. The watch was exactly what I had ordered. It was in brand new condition with the leather presentation box,the outer Omega box, instruction book and wallet.  I took it to a jewler and had it verified and it is indeed genuine.Overall I am highly satisfied with my experience with Jomashop and their staff. Most of the time a silent customer is a happy customer. Those that are dissatisfied are usually the ones who take the time and energy to write reviews. While I was surfing the web tonight I came across another negative review of Jomashop and thought that I should write about my own experience. I have never written a review before. I thought that maybe someone will read this and be encouraged to buy a watch from Jomashop and get the same great deal that I got.  I can't speak for all Jomashop customers;however, my experince with them was a very positive one.
