my experience was great. your site is really easy to get around in.my only problem was with fed ex and their shipping. they lost my package for about 4 days and did not update their site letting me know where my package was. i called jogging stroller and your customer service handled the problem with out delay. i understood some of it because of the holidays but it would have been nice if fed ex would have just posted where it was even if it was just sitting some where. thank you and i will shop with you again..Desiree

My experience with JoggingStroller.com was terrible. I tried, unsuccessfully to order a Dreamer Design double stroller from this company. TWICE they shipped me the wrong stroller. I would have received another wrong stroller if they had not e-mailed me to tell me it was on back order. When they finally got the order correct, the stroller I originally ordered was on back order, too. The company never offered any compensation for my trouble (by this time more than a month had passed). I finally canceled my order and tried another company where I had a wonderful experience. To top things off, we were charged for the stroller when the first one was shipped, and I had to ask for a refund even after I canceled my order.
This site has wonderful information, but their customer service leaves much to be desired. I will never use this store or any of its sister stores (NicheRetail.com) again. |

I ordered a mountain buggy double stroller from this company, and the stroller arrived damaged in box that was in pieces. If they had packed the stroller properly inside the box, it wouldn't have been damaged, but there was nothing around the

Great Service! The customer Service folks I spoke to knew everything there was to know about strollers. I had no idea there were so many options and they helped me narrow it down to what I needed.
My stroller arrived within a few days. Plus, shipping was free. |

I ordered a Mountain Buggy Urban Double from Tinyride.com and one week later the only progress on my order was that they managed to print a fed-ex label . . . and have yet to ship the stroller. Customer service was lousy so I gave up canceled my order and then re-ordered from Joggingstroller.com . . . what a difference. I immediately received a confirmation e-mail. 6 hours later I received the shipment notification and 8 hours later I received a delivery alert e-mail from Fed-ex. The stroller is set to arrive in 2 days at no extra charge.
The service at Joggingstroller was amazing and I would highly recommend. |

I ordered a double stroller from this company and it was shipped the same day I ordered it. What got me to choose this store was their great customer service they have live help on their site so you can always get someone if you need something. I did a lot of research before ordering my double stroller and they helped me answer some questions I had. After such a struggle with another company trying to get a stroller this was a breeze, and I will shop here again.

I ordered a jogging stroller that came damaged. The box was completely open by the time it made it to my house. The frame of the stroller was bent so I asked for a new stroller. It took several weeks and 4 phone calls to customer service representatives to finally process the return and receive my replacement stroller. Although they have a wide selection and affordable prices, I would not recommend this website.
