I ordered a mountain buggy double stroller from this company, and the stroller arrived damaged in box that was in pieces. If they had packed the stroller properly inside the box, it wouldn't have been damaged, but there was nothing around the stroller to protect it- just a double stroller in a box!
I was initially charged for three strollers, and was told when I called that I needed to call another person and ask for the credit...they couldn't simply take care of it from the call. The calls were never answered and I resorted to emailing my request. It finally got done.
It took weeks to send the damaged stroller back- Fed Ex promised to come each day of 6 days...and never showed up, while I wasted my time sitting at home for them to arrive. After that I wasn't going to order from this website, and just go find a local retailer.
The company offered me 20% off the bill if I were to just give them one more chance. I accepted, and the stroller arrived in another ripped up damaged box. Luckily the stroller wasn't damaged this time- a miracle that Fed Ex didn't destroy another one. Well here I am 3/4 of a month later, and still waiting for my 20% credit on my card. It was explained to me that some credits can take 90 days on the part of the customers bank to credit. I work for a bank...that's not true, and that's also illegal to hold credit funds for that long. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!
