Second Tusa Package (regs, oct, gages, bc) that I've bought in less than 2 months. The UPS driver missed the ship date becasue he couldn't find the house on the 2nd shipment, but that was on UPS - not Joe Diver. I've repeatedly emailed questions and concerns through the order process the 1st time becasue I was leary about no phone number to call. But Tammy (customer service) always replied. The equipment arrived without any issues. I will continue to rely on Joe Diver instead of the local dive shop becasue Joe's prices can't be beat and the full manufacturers warranty is included! Thanks again Joe!

They were wonderful at answering questions adn correcting problems. We were first time gear buyers and they were great at answering all my silly questions. They even upgraded the package we bought when items were not in stock instead of making us wait or havin gto buy a different gear package. These guys are really great - we dive tommorow and I can't wait! Thanks Joe Diver and Tammy you guys are wonderful!

I read the buyer beware and was pretty spooked about ordering, but I couldn't pass up the Tusa Package $640. I placed my order on a Friday. I rec'd an email about the tracking number on Tuesday. The following Friday (7 days after ordering) the package arrives. The equipment is just what you expect - brand new - had warranties - had manuals - and Joe Diver assembled everything. Saturday morning my son and I went to Athens Scuba Park (just a couple hours from home). The equipment worked flawlessly. Now if I can just buy a set for myself without getting into too much trouble with the wife......
I was worried because they didn't have a phone number - but Tammy in Customer Service replied to my incessant insecurity emails.
This is the place to buy gear - as the local dive shop wanted over $1000 for the same set-up.
Joe Diver is the real thing.

Perfect transaction! Super Speedy Delivery, excellent customer service. These people are real! I asked numerous questions prior to making the transaction and they were helpful and kind, speedy with their email responses, I was completely blown away!
